The hotel offers free WiFi and 24 hour front desk. we liked everything about this property. we were greeted by Duccio, who was so honest & helpful with all aspects of our stay! the hotel is a 30 minute walk which was amazing, room was exactly as described with a beautiful terrace! Spa was more than we could have imagined, the pool massage completely rejuvenated us after a long day exploring Florence. we were recommended to eat at the JB Jazz Bistrot next to hotel , staff and food was outstanding as well as the live music!

Not in town centre, so away from traffic and noise. It is situated in a quiet residential area, on a quiet street, so no noise from outside. In any case the accommodation is to the rear of the building on the ground floor. Excellent and frequent bus service minutes from the flat to reach the town centre and/or railway station in around 15/20 minutes. Everything you need is there. Friendly owner, who met us at the flat for keys and introduction, also left some coffee, tea, biscuits, jam and even Nutella for first breakfast. Some other basic groceries too! Endless opportunities for shopping nearby. We didn't have a car....

Situado a sólo 50 metros del inicio del centro histórico de la Unesco y en la 3a planta de un edificio de principios del siglo XIX, con un ascensor de carga adecuado sólo para equipajes. The room was very comfortable and always very clean. The location is really great, you can walk to every site you want to visit, but if you don’t want that, there is plenty of transportation close by. The hosts (Sergio and Ada) are really REALLY nice! The best!
