The staff was very professional and nice, they offered to call a taxi for us in the morning of our flight. They also offer a luggage storage service through an app for non-guests, which we used upon leaving as we couldn't take one of our bags with us. The restaurant is amazing with a beautiful garden, we had dinner there and both the food and the service were 10/10. The room was spacious, had a terrace, and was very clean and comfortable. ✨️ Will come back when in need of a hotel near Marconi Airport.

Beautiful but very old place that belonged to a painter 400 years ago. Expect old and you are ok! Restaurant was amazing and they had 2 to choose from. Staff was great! There's everything you'd need for a good morning - snacks, coffee, water, JUICE! The beds were comfy, the snacks - tasty, the coffee - strong. There are little notes explaining how to switch on the lights, open and close the shutters, operate the oven - so you don't have to sit and wonder how th to go out on the terrace. The host was very sweet and responsive, gave detailed instructions how to find the apartment, and answered messages promptly. I'd say that if we come around to Bologna again - we are definitely staying here.
