Very friendly staff. We had an issue with one of the very delicate light fixtures in our room that our 15 month old son accidentally damaged. But the staff took the time to hear us out, and we were ultimately satisfied with the response we received from management. Jennifer Shui was great!

I will stay there more times. I loved all the staff as well as the rooms and the quality of the food. Its also very close to all major areas in that side of Hong Kong
