Londra'nın gelişen King's Cross semtindeki eski Camden Belediye Binası Ek Binası'nda yer alan 1974 Brutalist binası titizlikle restore edilmiştir ve The Standard'ın Amerika dışındaki ilk otelidir. Everything was wonderful! The bar downstairs is the perfect place to relax after a long day, with several different settings whether it’s a drink, dinner or sitting for coffee or tea, all surrounded by great lighting and small fireplaces which make the place feel very cozy. The room is the perfect size with great design though not overdone and has everything you could want, including a really wonderful bed and shower. Really great location right next to St. Pancras Station and the staff were super lovely at check in and check out. Thanks again to Anna at the Front Desk for being so nice, hope to return soon!

Kral George dönemi tarzında hilal şeklindeki güzel bir yapıda hizmet veren The Euro Hotel, King's Cross ve St Pancras istasyonlarına 500 metreden az mesafede konumlanmaktadır. Location for 3 reasons: (1) the proximity to the Eurostar-King's Cross stations and to Russell Square station (tube) (2) the quiet-safe neighborhood (such a nice break from the hustle-bustle of the city center), just in front of a pleasant public garden (3) the proximity to the city center by directly Piccadilly Line. The neighborhood has a good mix: people from the neighborhood, offices, and the university, which gives travelers a glimpse of London's daily life. This is a small hotel with THE efficiency of the staffs. Impressive work, especially during the busy breakfast time. Bravo! Everything was great: the cleanness of the room, bathroom, and hotel AND the staffs' resourcefulness. The high ceiling room was a bonus, which did not give us a crammed feeling at all, in spite of the room size (not obvious from the Booking photos). A high ceiling room usually gives you a spacious effect; it is an intangible aspect, but surely it made a difference. What a pleasure to come back to a spacious room after spending all day walking. On our way to the tube station (Russel SQ) from the hotel, there are small cafes, restaurants, pubs, and mini grocery stores; there are "Pret a Manger" and TESCO (24h open) just in front of the tube station. Very convenient. With this hotel, you are in good hands. NO doubt to book this hotel again when we come back to London! : )

Tarihi Bloomsbury bölgesinin kalbinde yer alan The Goodenough Hotel, geçmişi 19. yüzyıla kadar uzanan sofistike ve lüks bir oteldir. Cozy, spacious and clean rooms. Our room was much bigger than it seemed it would be from the pictures. The hotel itself is located right next to a park in a nice and safe district. Main metro and bus lines are a 5 to 10 minute walk away, so getting around is very convenient. The British Museum is within walking distance. The staff was very accommodating - helped us store our bags both before and after checking in, charged our powerbanks.

We visited the hotel for our honeymoon trip. Before checking in, we watched a play at the West End, and they stored our luggage for us. And when we came back from watching the play, our luggage was in our room and we found ice chilled Italian champagne and congratutory message from the staff. (We wrote that we were on our honeymoon prior to booking) We appreciated the accommodations and fantastic services during our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel around the King's Cross.
