The staff was amazing, every need I had was met and every request I had was handled quickly (even things that were not included in my reservation). I can´t even express how happy I am with my stay or how great the staff was, all I can say is 10/10

Ideally located in the heart of Madrid, NH Collection Madrid Gran Vía provides buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property, only 400 metres from Puerta del Sol. Will 100% be staying here again! Perfect location and room was so nice and clean with breathtaking view of Gran Via from the balcony. Highly recommend getting the breakfast too, more beautiful views from where they serve it and delicious food, fresh juices and coffee.

Only YOU Boutique Hotel Madrid is a 4-star boutique hotel set in a restored palace from the 19th century. It has a modern interior design with Colonial details and uniquely decorated rooms. It is beautifully appointed. The bar and restaurant and café were perfect for our needs and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. I found the location accessible to all the areas we wanted to see, but we like walking.

Situated in Madrid’s Lavapiés district, this art hotel offers functional rooms with free Wi-Fi and private bathrooms. It has a 24-hour reception desk and is 10 minutes’ walk from Atocha Metro Station.... I booked this hotel because I wanted to visit some of the major art museums and this was in the perfect location. The rooms were clean and spacious and I loved the balcony, ceiling fan, and "rain" shower head. I also read many of the positive reviews and they were all correct! The staff was fabulous, the location great, and the rooms lovely. It is a short walk to the museums and into town, and to the Atocha train station. There is also a grocery store across the street and many small shops close by. I will totally stay here again when I next come to Madrid!
