What a lovely hotel that exceeded our expectations! Location is perfect in many ways, customer service was excellent at all times. We also got the late checkout which made our life much easier. I didn't have breakfast but my friend did and she told it was so good and fresh as it was a la carte, not buffet. The room was spotless, simple but stylish. Beds (Hästens!) were really comfy, the bathroom was roomy, and we had a nice view to the patio. We didn't use sauna/spa due to our short stay, but definitely next time!

Only 70 metres from Tallinn's Town Hall Square, this luxurious 5-star hotel is housed in a historic building dating from 1878. Wonderful, amicable and professional service again by Kristi. She saved the experience after not so pleasant welcoming by another staff member. Great surroundings and history. The final room was perfect with all the details. Breakfast room elegant with good selection. Great location in the old city center just around the corner of the main square.
