Incredible staff - one of the assets of the hotel were the people who worked there. The service was outstanding. Beautiful architecture and design, the room was a haven.

This is a great hotel in new part of town with plenty of places to walk around close by or short taxi to other locations. Has great facilities and it stands out for simply being organised with staff that really great staff that engage with you.

Pulizia:** La struttura è impeccabile in termini di pulizia. Le camere sono sempre ben mantenute, con letti comodi e biancheria fresca. Anche le aree comuni sono curate e igienizzate regolarmente, il che contribuisce a un ambiente piacevole e accogliente. **2. Posizione:** L'hotel gode di un'ottima posizione. È situato in una zona strategica, con facile accesso ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico e vicinanza a numerose attrazioni turistiche e aree commerciali. Questo lo rende ideale per i turisti che vogliono esplorare la città senza troppi spostamenti. ### Punti da migliorare: **1. Comunicazione in inglese:** Un aspetto che necessita di miglioramento è la capacità del personale di comunicare in inglese. Durante il mio soggiorno, ho riscontrato alcune difficoltà nel ricevere informazioni chiare e precise, poiché molti membri dello staff non parlavano inglese fluentemente. Questo ha causato qualche inconveniente nella gestione delle richieste e delle informazioni generali. In conclusione, l'Ausotel Smart Guangzhou è un'ottima scelta per chi cerca una struttura pulita e ben posizionata. Tuttavia, consiglio di essere preparati a possibili barriere linguistiche o di utilizzare strumenti di traduzione per facilitare la comunicazione.

Provided washer and dryer service is a big plus for a long term stay travelers. Initially, we planned to stay about a week to 2 with this hotel. As a result. We stayed in this hotel and extended to 40 days.
