Hotel is very nice clean room size perfect .Hotel staff very friendly and welcome .Breakfast very good and fresh. Staff in restaurant very nice , organize and friendly .Very convenient location close to main Ave Paulista I do not have any problem with safety around area .In hotel there is gym and pool what was nice to go in pool for hot days .

Very nice hotel, amazing breakfast (actually one of the best i had in SP), many gluten free options. Location is just perfect.

Happy Hour and Breakfast was wonderful. The Staff at every station - bellman, front desk, lounge, clubroom were all exceptional.
