The location and design of the hotel are perfect. The staff are courteous and efficient. I last stayed at the hotel many years ago as a child . I was interested to know about the history since then and Carlos the manager met me and was so friendly and kind in telling me all I needed to know. He gave me some lovely souvenirs and made my stay truly memorable. Thank you!

The place was all right. But as this was a last minute replacement for our cancelled two-bedroom apartment (Foz Atlantida),
and this one was a one-bedroom one, I can not give it full marks on everything.
Beautiful location and hotel.
Staff service could have been better
Cleanliness around the pool could have been a lot better.
Staff under skilled at the pool bar.....a hot coffee martini was served!!!
Building works going on during our stay so we couldn't use our balcony as it was overlooked by scaffolding, workmen and jet washers. Drills were on and off all day as well
