I confidently recommend this hotel! It's our second time staying here, and we're just as delighted as the first time. Mrs. Isabela is a wonderful host, always attentive to guests' needs. The rooms are extremely spacious and impeccably clean, offering exceptional comfort. The breakfast is fabulous, with a variety of delicious options to satisfy every taste. Additionally, our dog was warmly welcomed, making us feel truly at home. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the sea, perfect for a relaxing vacation. We can't wait to come back!

I haven't reached to the 10 km long Sottomarina beach though, as yet, as I came to see this year's Venice Art Biennale which shows were evenly spread all over Venice city, in particular at the Aresenale and the Giardini places where the concentration of artist participants is bigger. Through this past week, I had to hurry myself everyday to reach there and return back to my hotel on time. Sottomarina is a seaside resort and a locale developed as a beach resort attracting visitors from nearby cities like Venice and Padua. Its city, Chioggia was the biggest salt mine in Europe once and is older than Venice. The area of my hotel is quite remarkable as it fulfills itself with modernist residential architecture. Besides, it's environ has an interesting mix of vegetation; breathtaking trees and foliages that make the air pristine, enriching the Adriatic ecosystem.

Our stay in Sottomarina was great.
Our stay in Sottomarina was great. Easy walking distance to Chioggia town, but with a less touristy atmosphere that we enjoyed. During our stay in October, the beach was quiet and just a very short walk from the apartment. Breakfast was pastry and coffee at a local bakery about 2 blocks from the apartment. Our hostess provided lots of good local information whenever we inquired.

It's a nice seaside resort.
It's a nice seaside resort. Plenty of beach front, plenty of attractions, plenty of night life. Very close (walking distance) to Chioggia which is a charming medieval city with plenty of places to eat, romantic canals and a thriving nightlife.

The bungalow was clean and pretty. No pop up in the sink, bathroom window too high to be opened. Not one dishwasher tab , no salt, no soap, etc, you have tò buy everything for the kitchen and the bathroom

The city is close enough to Venice to get easily to the city and far away enough to avoid crowds.
There is a bus that goes to Venice - every 30 / 60 minutes (the last one leaves Venice at 1 AM)
There are some nice restaurants and walking areas. Beaches are long and wide. There are plenty of umbrellas available (I do not know the price per day).
The staff were excellent in this hotel. Sebastian - who did not speak any English, but somehow we managed to communicate very well! - was particularly helpful. He seemed to be barman, car parking attendant, pool guy, everything! The other staff were all very polite and friendly. We only had breakfast but the dining staff very good also.I imagine its a great hotel in the summer as its right across from the beach and central to most things. We were not here for a holiday as such but very much enjoyed our time here.
Residenza Roma Marina is situated in a great location in Sottomarina. The beach is reachable by foot in a few minutes, the city of Chioggia is only one kilometer far away. You can find parking spaces just near the residence or you can park across the street. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped, bright, clean, and with a sea view. Paola explained to us details to explore the city and friendly offered us to use city bikes. She was always available for us. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
The apartment is very stylish. It is very well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is even a washing machine. The place is newly renovated, modern and extremely clean. The manager is very friendly and helpful. He helped us taking our luggage to the car park. The car park is included in the price and you can even stay the whole day when you leave. The location is excellent in old town Sottomarina and 5 minutes on foot to the beach and to good restaurants.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location in walking distance to the beach, old town, restaurants. We did a day trip to Venice by boat and it was very convenient. The boat started not far from the hotel and brought us in 90 minutes directly to Venice and back in the evening. The hotel arranged a parking space for our car nearby for some extra costs. The hotel interiour is a little older but well mainted and clean. Overall, very good value for the price.
A nice family hotel, rooms are refreshed, on the beach with plenty of bars and free bicycle rental to go around Chioggia and Sottomarina. Great breakfast. They have an agreement across the street for the parking, and it's very convenient.

The apartment is very well located and very clean and spacious. The view is very cool and crossing the avenue, you will be on the beach. The parking option helped a lot.
