The destination was crowded with tourists even in September , although it was better than in high season.
The main beach by the promenade was full. I liked Elephant beach better, it is at the end of Pefkohori. it is clean, mostly visited by young people. I recommend the beaches south of Pefkohori.
There is also a nice orthodox monastery near Pefkohori , open for visitors daily. It is the only one on the peninsula of Kassandra. Nearby to the south are the therapeutic baths of Agia Paraskievi, they help with eczema and other skin diseases.
Pefkohori itself is quite crowded, noisy in summer. There are big problems with parking. There are frequent traffic accidents associated with this, as cars park on the road on both sides and it is difficult to get around them. Be very careful when driving.
From the restaurants I recommend to visit Bakkalis restaurant ( on the promenade near the sea ) As the only one is open all year round, offers Greek specialties, fish dishes. In the centre there are many restaurants, bars, markets. There are 2 supermarkets. Some bars and restaurants are open even till 2 o'clock at night.
Most of the clients are Serbs, Bulgarians, Macedonians , Romanians and Ukrainians.

The hotel is located beachfront. It is nice and quiet. The beach is clean and you have free sun beds and umbrellas. The room is big enough for a family and we also had a porch with benches and a table. Children had a lot of space to play. The breakfast is almost the same every day. But it has everything you need for breakfast. The pool is also very nice. There is also a childrens pool, which was warmer than the big one. The restaurant is very good and they cook delicious. There is a supermarket nearby and a lot of other restaurants.

Very nice beautiful village in Chalkidiki. Excellent beaches nearby and restaurants and bars in the village to visit. Maybe during July and August is a bit too crowded, but in my September visit it was excellent. Not too crowded and not devoid of any tourists :)

The beaches, and crystal clear waters. My favourite places were: Orthodox Church of St. Nicholas in Xina. We ate Gyros, Pizza and Fish. The locals were also my favourite, specifically Bora Bora restaurant, they had sporting events live on TV (Football, Tennis, Volleyball) every night.

The thing I liked the most is that you can dip your head in...
The thing I liked the most is that you can dip your head in the water and see small fish and sea urchins (with swimming goggles of course), it's like stepping into an aquarium. Also , something I personally appreciate is the tranquility, being able to hear the waves, instead of the loud music from the bars (as it happens in many other places) and the many free beaches, as they all should be. Pefkochori itself is a very nice place to visit, even if you go there off-season.
The hotel is in the center of the village, only a tiny street separates you from the beaches. Along the same street you will find great restaurants, as well as their place for a morning coffee or breakfasts.
The rooms are super clean, you get new towels everyday.
If you come by car like the 99% of people visiting Pefkohori, you have a parking included as well. It’s 150m away from the hotel and guarded :)
Waking up with that view and a coffee, it was difficult to choose between staying on your balcony or take a bed on the beach which is right in front of you. Location is great as its also in a quite place while still on the strip. No need to bring towels which saves space in your luggage. An owner, who understand customer service, thats why everyone is giving out 10 points all the time.
Everything was perfect! Location is great in the centar, 30m from the beach. You have gyros and ice cream right in front of your door 😊 The hosts are wonderful people, very kind family people! Rooms are big, clean, they have nespresso machine for free! Me and my husband are very pleased and next time when we are coming to Pefkohori we will stay here in Pel Mar!
Great hotel with very attentive and helpful staff! It seems that you are the most important guest and all attention is directed only to you. Great location just 20 meters from the beach and the sun loungers reserved by the hotel are always waiting for you on the beach. Breakfast is classic but delicious. Be sure to stay at this hotel, you won't regret it!
Perfect location next to the sea, nice room, new furniture, the room was cleaned every day, friendly staff, fantastic seaview ... everything you need for wonderful vacation. Beach is very nice, clean water and very nice beach bar at the front of the hotel. The food of the restaurant is very delicious. We will definitely come back to hotel Rigakis.
We had a great time at Anna hotel. The property is beautiful and is very tastefully and thoughtfully designed and decorated. We loved the pools and the food was great too. My children really loved the entertainment staff. Lots of gorgeous beaches close by as well as tons of restaurants within walking distance. Great value!
Great location - Right on the beach and a short walking distance to the Pefkohori center. Breakfast was decent but could've had a bit more variety throughout the week. Kostantina and her cleaning team did a good job cleaning/tidying up the rooms every day and upon request as well as providing clean bath towels each day.
The hosts are truly welcoming and ready to assist their guests. We had a peaceful and comfortable stay. There was no noise in the evening, given that the aparthotel is a bit away from the crowded areas of Pefkohori. The studio offered all the necessary amenities. We will definitely come back on a future occasion.
Hotel by the sea, modern rooms, we had a suite with a large terrace with 2 sunbeds. Kely along with all the other colleagues at Adriana beach were very hospitable and kind, they made our stay very pleasant for us and our dog. Hotel guests reserved the sunbeds in the first row. We will come back with pleasure.
The host Katerina was super friendly and always there for us when we needed something. On top of that, the location has parking facilities and is right next to the old town center. Last but not least, the beach is just about 5 minutes away on foot. 10/10 I'd choose Iasmos again!
The location is great, right on the main street where you have everything - restaurants, bars, shops etc. The hotel itself was clean and modern. We were very surprised to see that the hotel has a big psrking even it is on the main street.The staff was very polite and helpful.
Everything was on point. The owner of the studio was really nice and welcoming, the location is perfect and i totally recommend it! Best studio in the area, you have everything that you need, AC, fridge etc.. Others hotels and studios are with old interior.
Hotel is next to the main road 3km from Pefkohori and around 800 m from the beach. Rooms are basic and bathrooms need serious plumbing renovations- water leeks and showrs are bad. Beds are not comfortable at all. Food overall is good but rooms are poor.
Nice stay. The owners were kind and helpful. the environment was great. The bars that play music at the accommodation are not heard at all when the windows are closed. the cleaning lady came every day. sunbeds on the beach are free for guests.
I thoroughly appreciated the exceptional friendliness of our host in Pefkohori, who, due to the off-peak timing of our visit, generously allowed us an extended checkout, enabling us to fully enjoy an extra day at the beach.
