Authentic stay in a nice mountain-like chalet. Very good and calm location if you want to stay close to the lake during summer. Small and comfy room with everything you need. Very carring hostess and tasty breakfast. Staff did not speak English, but it was not a problem for us. We enjoyed practicing our french.

Very friendly staff, we loved our stay at this property. Our son enjoyed the little playground and especially the pool. Nice surroundings and relaxing stay. We loved breakfast, offering with many options. We also ordered a pic-nic lunch and had dinner on premise - delicious. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beautiful lake and other nice places in the area. Perfect for families.

Plenty of restaurants in and around the town. Only 7 mins drive to Gerardmer. The road from there to Colmar offers spectacular scenery.

Beautiful, magnificent lake but very, VERY busy during the main season in August. We had a hard time finding a spot to lie down at the lake. In the evenings, it is IMPOSSIBLE to find a spot in a restaurant or get anything to eat without a reservation - same for Gerardmer.

Great location at the heart of the Vosges region. Nearby in the summer are beautiful lakes, walks and views. In the winter a great location for skiing.
You will need a car to get around, you can cycle but it is not ideal for amateurs as it is very hilly.

Such a friendly, comfortable place to stay. Superb breakfast. Beautiful views. Pristine lake within a 10-minute walk. We stayed with our two year-old. Julie and Davy did everything to make all three of us most welcome. We spent a day on the stunning Voie Verte des Hautes Vosges, less than a half-hour drive away. Very convenient location for Gerardmer and all that the area has to offer. Also just 1.5 hours from Basel-Mulhouse Airport. I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel is very cosy with several lounge areas and a restaurant. The rooms are well decorated, super clean and comfortable. The spa has all the amenities (pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi) and is very clean. Food at the restaurant is tasty. Overall atmosphere in the hotel is super friendly and warm.
Xonrupt-Longemer is quiet place with nice views on mountains, I like staying there during winter holidays. Unfortunately, this time the weather was terrible, it was heavily raining all the time during my short 2-days stay.
I really enjoyed the warm welcome and the charm of this hotel. The host has been very helpful. Had to shorten my stay but I will definitely go back there. Thank you very much Madam for your attention
