Nothing. Arrived at the property finally having had to move barriers because access was blocked owing to the village vide grenier. Not advised in advance. No signage at the property,, not even the name. The property has no staff on site. Poor exterior condition. Felt like someone’s empty home with everything closed up for winter and with what looked like bikes and tables in the garden covered by tarpaulins. Untidy around assumed parking area and no idea about the spa - I think this may be a hot tub in the garden? As a result we did not feel at all happy and did not stay at the property. Having read further we understand this is a “work in progress” but this should be made clear to potential “guests”

We enjoyed a short stay at this newly renovated apartment. It was immaculately clean, tidy, and tastefully decorated. The beds and linens were also very clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The kitchen was equipped with new appliances, adding to the convenience. Great shower pressure and stable water temperature. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, facilitated by a new, efficient key box for collecting and returning the keys. Although we didn't meet the host in person, she was friendly and made sure the apartment was well-prepared for our stay. Efficient communication in English through Booking messages. While Yvetot has limited accommodation options, this apartment will definitely be our top choice should we return.
