The location was good, close to the Metro and bus service. It was also close to the excellent park and the Magic Box tennis complex. The restaurant was welcoming and the food good.

Overall stay was excellent!
Was able to check in early after a long night travelling. Staff member was so friendly & welcoming at check in!
Room was very spacious, incredibly clean and beds were very comfortable. Shower pressure wasn’t great but worked perfectly.
Had a room in an upper floor which meant road noise was at a minimum.
Breakfast was above expectation, friendly staff, great variety although replenishment can be slow if you are in a rush.
Location was ideal, easily accessible from the airport and to Caja Mágica.
Lovely walk through the park towards the city centre.
Taxis always available at the front door.
Lots of lovely shops & cafes close by. Very authentic neighbourhood.

The only good thing about this poorly ageing hotel is its shuttle service. We did get picked up from T4 and taken there early the next day.
