The room was nice. They provided a huge baby cot that was comfortable to my daughter. The desk staff are almost nice and support you immediately with the things related to hotel facility. But there is a lady that was rude even if you are asking her polite questions like “where is the parking of the hotel and which slot i can use” Kindly train her on how to communicate with honorable guests. The bathroom is well maintained There is an elevator The breakfast offer is very good The cafeteria staff are very supportive

This location was convenient to everything but enough off the Grand Via that it was quiet. A hidden little gem of a place with an incredible value. On of the best hotels I've found for the value. The breakfast had quite a selection as well.
