Absolutely excellent location close to everything relevant in the town (there's even a public library next door). Good food, nice quiet people, clean rooms, comfy beds, strong and reliable wifi, A lot of interesting art in the café. I was there for a music festival and it was probably the best possible choice, would like to repeat next year.
