The place is beautiful and very well maintained. Besides this, of course, is the unique nature which is quite breathtaking. Only downside was the amount of people being there "just to take the photo" and not truly enjoying where they were (It was high season).
That place in winter must be beautiful as well....

The ambience was a delight, the staff were wonderful, and the buffet was pretty much good---a generous array of food.
What I did NOT care for was the solid chunks of meat in the steam trays; they were always overcooked and a grisly grey.

Beautiful trekkings and many outdoor activities. One of the longest canopies of South America is located there and we wish we could have stayed longer - 2 days is definitely not enough to get to know the natural reserve.
