Interlaken is a great starting point for touring the region. If the clouds prevent going to the tops of the mountains, the two lakes are beautiful to explore. There are summer and winter sports, and picturesque towns and walking trails all over the region, with excellent train service to all. A number of excellent restaurants as well.

We stayed for 3 nights in Interlaken. Bettina and Sven, are wonderful hosts This holiday apartment had everything available for day to day requirements like, bath soaps, dishwasher pods even offered two loads of laundry., Luggage storage. We are very happy with the services on top of breathtaking view from this property. We would definitely rebook in future and recommend too.

What a lovely city that's clean with fresh air. Easy to walk around the riverside - visits to Lake Thun / Lake Brienz for beautiful views. Small towns/hamlets along the lakes are easily accessible via daily cruise.

we stayed in Interlaken for a week. It was very nice to spent time with family. I could recommend to others to stay in Interlaken to enjoy the views and relax your mind and enjoy and your trips. The connectivity of trains, buses much better. It is very easy for assailable to every where
Perfect location on the lake and right off the train. Its also a short walk to the town center. Breakfast is was good with quite a variety. Service at breakfast was great from Safi each morning. The gentleman at reception was kind enough to borrow our daughter a coat. That was a nice touch. The room is a bit of an antique. But i think this is the charm the hotel wants to sell. Simply put, this is a hotel we woukd stay in again if we ever visit Interlaken in the future.
A little gem of a hotel. Excellent location, free parking nearby. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast, fabulous coffee. Very modern rooms with good shower and water pressure, comfortable beds.
Especially loved the facility of the guest lounge which we took advantage of most nights. Eating out is expensive in Switzerland so great to be able to obtain a take away from the CoOp and heat up in the microwave.
The hotel is located a short walk from the Interlaken OST station, very close to the river and Harder Kulm bahn station as well. While it’s not associated with the hotel, the tapas restaurant called “Cover” which is just down the road is amazing as well. The Included breakfast buffet was great with lots of fresh options, and the amenities and room features were what I’d hope for from a 4 star hotel.
The room was very nice with newly renovated rooms and bathroom. We had a nice balcony which was nice and we enjoyed our evenings with beautiful views. It was quite Hot on the first day and then the next day it was cooler. The hotel provided with fans in the room which unlike our other hotels in Switzerland didnt offer any.
The reception was very helpful and attentive to all our needs.
Quaint, charming, family run hotel. One of my favorite places we stayed at in Switzerland. It truly does justice to getting around the town of Interlaken as it is located very close to Interlaken West. There is a self-service laundry unit (single washer, single dryer). There is also a lovely breakfast, with eggs upon request. It's a very homey, quiet, and lovely hotel.
1) Great location near the Interlaken OST train station, a great base location for excursions, 2) wonderful and welcoming staff, both at the hotel and restaurant, 3) great food at the restaurant, including the best cheese fondue we have ever had, 4) the property was immaculate, and 5) we were even upgraded to an apartment without requesting it.
This was our favorite stay in Switzerland. They were very friendly and helpful. Our room was super cute and very clean. There is a large grocery store 1 block away. We we’re able to get every where we wanted to easily by car, bus and train. The hotel was close to the town center by walking with many restaurants near by.

The place is very nice, especially for those with a car. It is close to the center of Interlaken, has parking (this is usually a difficulty in Switzerland).
I rented a studio but they gave me an upgrade and I stayed in a huge apartment. The apartment has everything you need.

the sofa bed was very comfortable and the location was great on a quiet street that’s still only a block from the main road through interlaken. having the kitchenette was crucial since it’s expensive to eat out every night in switzerland.
