Located in the small village of Valgañon, Hotel Pura Vida S.C. offers stylish rooms with views of the surrounding mountains. It also features a buffet restaurant and free WiFi. This new boutique hotel was beautifully and lovingly restored by its owners in the tiny village of Valganon, about 10 minutes from Ezcaray. The on site young owners , who live next door, also manage the hotel and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the region, places to visit, restaurants in Ezcaray. The one local restaurant was very good but only open on Fri-Sun, at least during October but there are also very good restaurants in Ezcaray. The hotel was immaculate. We highly recommend this hotel.

Offering great views over the countryside, Casona del boticario is located in the centre of San Vicente de la Sonsierra. This rustic property offers a garden and terrace and free WiFi. Breakfast was wonderful. View of the surrounding countryside spectacular, especially once you walk up to the castillo. Very nice touch to have an "honesty bar" that was well supplied. Loved their one-year-old border collie.

This 18th-century house is located in the village of Ventosa, 15 minutes’ drive from Logroño. It offers 6 individually decorated rooms with free internet access and a flat-screen TV. It is regrettable that the Camino does not go through Ventosa anymore, especially now since it is part of the 1Km art project and the installations are striking and beautiful. In addition, this is one of the most beautiful hotels we have experienced (and we travel often internationally). The hostess is helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and the hotel itself is superb in every way. To top it off, the three course meal she made for us will be remembered for a long time! Simply delicious and elegantly served.

Čudovito doživetje na starem posestvu-kot majhen gradič in prejšnjega stoletja. Sprejeli so nas lastniki posestva, ki ga tudi upravljajo. Soba je bila velika, prostorna in svetla in postelja zelo udobra! MOrda bi soba z imenom Gloria v drugem nadstropju lahko imela malce ločeno kopalnico z WC-jem od ostalega dela sobe, ampak kljub temu je bilo izjemno in vrhunsko! V gradiču strežejo tudi kosila in večerje po vnaprejšnjem dogovoru, za vikend pa skoraj zmeraj. Hrana: izjemna z izjemnimi vini!!! Čestitke lastnikom in kuharju!!! Če bo le možno, še pridemo!
