Mike, the manager, met us in town where the taxis dropped us off. He then proceeded to carry our bags through town and down all the steps by himself. He was extremely pleasant and accommodating. We were served breakfast every morning with a beautiful view of the caldera. It was a beautiful property, with a private terrace right by the castle that passerbyers wish they had. An amazing experience !

The staff was really nice and friendly, giving us tips on what to visit and helping us find transportation to different beaches across the island. - TOP NOTCH SERVICE - Mohamed was very helpful and accommodating and easily contactable. He helped book all our transfers from the airport and to the port. We were also able to store our bags before checking in as our flight arrived earlier. - LOCATION - perfect location! Shops and restaurants nearby and several Instagram worthy spots to take photos. The view from the balcony is amazing! - AMENITIES - room slippers and toiletries provided. There’s also a mini fridge, fast WiFi and a tv. The best part is the balcony in the front facing the caldera! The property also has a new back balcony but unfortunately we couldn’t use it during our stay as it is pending a local permit to use. We had an enjoyable stay and look forward to visiting again! Big thank you to Mohamed for all his kind help!

The Honeymoon Suite we stayed in was absolutely superb and exceeded all our expectations. The room was tastefully decorated, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect. We were greeted with a stunning view of the caldera right from our private terrace, and it felt like a dream come true. Waking up to the picturesque sunrise and unwinding with breathtaking sunsets made our stay truly magical. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making sure that every moment of our stay was special. The service was impeccable, and they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. While we loved everything about Charisma Suites, we must admit that the abundance of stairs both within the hotel and throughout Santorini was a bit challenging. However, we soon realized that these steps were a small price to pay for the awe-inspiring views and the unique charm of this island. Overall, Charisma Suites offered us an unforgettable experience in Santorini. We can't recommend this place enough for couples seeking a romantic and luxurious getaway.
