With the money I paid, this hotel is very good. The hotel staff were very kind and professional, which is very important to me. The room was small but clean and practical. The cleanliness was good. Amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste were not available in the room, but the receptionist said to inform them if you need them to bring them. This was also a good option because the hotel had a relatively environmentally friendly management. Coffee, tea and cappuccino were available for free in the lobby, which can be very attractive for a traveler. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

We had a very good time at Hesperia Zaragoza. Our check-in was fabulous, and, apart from the friendly and welcoming reception we got a lot of marvellous tips on how to best visit the city and an amazing history class. I wish a could remember the name of the gentleman in charge of our check-in. The bathroom and bedroom were both clean and comfortable. There is paid private parking within the property which is a real find in Zaragoza. We would definitely recommend it.
