But staff members were the best, they were really welcoming, provided easy to follow instructions if you arrive outside checkin houres, and the kept my luggage safe when I was traveling outside París. Location is very nice, neighbourhood is very clean and beautiful. By a short walk you can get to Sein river or lux shopping. Also, you can have a longer walk and along the river it is 30-40min to Notre-Dame. Hotel itself is like a small club hotel, old building but very nicely renovated. My room was specious and nice interior. Clean, nice smelling. I did not checked anything about room service, but they do not have a restaurant. There is a restaurant next door, but booking must be done in advance.
