Everything was perfect. Facilites are great, comfortable, clean and well equipped. But staff members were the best, they were really welcoming, provided easy to follow instructions if you arrive outside checkin houres, and the kept my luggage safe when I was traveling outside París. We felt this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at in terms of location, staff, meals and facilities. Regarding the location, it is possible to reach the Champs-Elysées within a 10-minute walk. Regarding staff, they took into account our poor English and the circumstances at the time in all aspects of check-in, check-out, and room making. Regarding meals, we booked a plan that included breakfast. The breakfast venue was a very comfortable space, and the staff were cheerful and courteous even though they were busy. Regarding the facilities, I had no problems with showers, toilets, beds, etc. If I ever come to Paris, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Location is very nice, neighbourhood is very clean and beautiful. By a short walk you can get to Sein river or lux shopping. Also, you can have a longer walk and along the river it is 30-40min to Notre-Dame. Hotel itself is like a small club hotel, old building but very nicely renovated. My room was specious and nice interior. Clean, nice smelling. I did not checked anything about room service, but they do not have a restaurant. There is a restaurant next door, but booking must be done in advance.
