The proprietor, Angela, is a very talented artist who specializes in medieval art and pottery. The rooms are spacious and modern with all the amenities - big, comfortable beds, refrigerator in the room. A quiet and restful place. The rooftop can be accessed for a nice view of the village and its surroundings. There is a bar - Veronicas - around the corner where you can sit outside and enjoy a beer or a Rioja wine. In the next village - Castañeros - there are 3-4 bars and restaurants (it‘s a 15 min walk to get there or a 3 min drive). This hotel is in a perfect location for venturing out to see other places of interest in the region and return to in the evening. Highly recommended.
