Located within 90 metres of Anse Kerlan Beach and 600 metres of Grand Anse Praslin Beach, Awesome Charlie D Villas provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Anse Kerlan. We were two couples staying at the villa for 6 nights. The location is excellent because it is 50 meters from a beach. It is in the quiet part of the island. We have walked to two best beaches on the island - Anse Georgette and Anse Latino. We used bus to reach other places on the island. The villa is well equipped with everything you need for cooking and for comfortable stay. Desmond provided the fish for us, so we did not need to worry about shopping. He is very nice and helpful. Our stay was perfect! We will definitely be back.

Villa Belle Plage offers private beachfront villas located right on the famous Anse Kerlan beach on Praslin Island. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Such a wonderful stay in paradise! The beach and the sunsets were beautiful. The host provided so many nice touches to make our stay comfortable, including a pass for us to access Anse Georgette whenever we wanted (rather than having to call and make reservations). We were very glad that we splurged for the beach-front house, so that we could admire the views of the ocean from the comfort of our air conditioning when the heat and the sun were too much for us, or while it was raining!

Cozy house in a slightly "island" style, very atmospheric, placed almost on the beach. Spacious rooms and kitchen, well equipped and air conditioned. Friendly and helpful personnel. This whole place is incredibly scenic and on a full moon the beach looks surreal to dizziness. It was a pretty hectic short trip, mostly business and only partly recreational. We arrived not very well prepared, but our host, Mr Jacques, kind and responsive person, helped us a lot. He literally saved us thousands of euros and days of headaches just by using his knowledge of some local realities. Meeting him was a great luck. Thanks!

Featuring a balcony with sea views, a private beach area and a garden, Cap Jean Marie Beach Villas can be found in Anse Kerlan, close to Anse Kerlan Beach and 1.3 km from Petite Anse Kerlan Beach. Beautiful and comfortable bungalow directly on the beach, in a very quiet and peaceful location, where all we could hear was the sound of the sea. We were impressed with how warm, friendly and kind the owners were, always there in case we needed anything, but at the same time giving us full privacy. The villa was impeccable clean, and maintained so all throughout our stay, daily cleaning and small extra details that made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you for booking for us a beautiful boat tour, the car rental and giving us tips of must see on Praslin. We will definitely happily return !!!

Located on Praslin Island, Heliconia Grove has direct access to the Cote D'or beach and offers private villas with outdoor pool. This self-catering accommodation features WiFi. Although you don't see the beach from the rooms, its access is very convenient. Its a nice, quiet, clean beach with no seaweed growing close. The rooms are nice, i really like the planning. The floors are wooden, it is comfy to walk barefoot. By the patio there is a pool. Its a quiet location, with just 5-10 min walk to the bus station, food stores, restaurants etc. The property provides grill facilities and kayaks for free.

Chalets Anse Possession offers beachfront accommodation in Baie Sainte Anne. Free WiFi access is available in each chalet. There are BBQ facilities offered and the property offers free parking. Really relaxed atmosphere. The house was charming, set in lovely gardens with fruit trees. Our host was lovely. Highly recommended for a place to unwind.

Villa Aya ligger i en stille hage, og tilbyr selvbetjente boenheter bare 1 km fra Praslin flyplass. Amitie strand ligger noen få minutters gange unna. The staff are friendly and helpful. They go the "extra mile" to ensure guests are happy and comfortable. The room was cleaned to an exceptional standard (my wife is fussy and even she approved!). Breakfast served on our terrace each morning (10 GBP extra per person per day) and there are some good restaurants nearby (Lobster Bay and Paradisier) less than 5 minutes walk. A couple of shops 1 minute away with water, alcohol, snacks etc. Would highly recommend staying here.

Located 5 km from the Vallée de Mai Nature Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ocean Villa comprises of a variety of self-catering units, each with a tropical garden. Free WiFi is available. We felt very welcomed at Ocean Villa. The studio has everything needed. Location is really great - beachfront on Grand Anse and several minutes walking on the beach to the nearby shop.

Our beautiful, well equipped villa was ready early on arrival and we could keep it late on our day of departure. All of the staff and family members on site were cheerful and helpful. We loved this place and would highly recommend to anyone
