Candelas do Souto is a lovely converted farm house. It has lots of charm from the outside and is modern and clean inside. There are areas inside the property that show parts of the buildings history and old working life. There is a small but beautiful garden at the back of the property that is perfect for relaxing in.

Quinta De La Rosa ligger på en familieeid vingård på den høyre bredden av Douro-elven, kun 2 km fra Pinhão. Rommene på denne vingården er spredt over flere nivåer. Spacious rooms with cute little details, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Great breakfast and the staff are super welcoming and accommodating. The Quinta is set a short walk from the city center in cozy wine yards where you can take a stroll. I definitely recommend the tour including tasting and dinner in the Cozina da Clara.

Situated within 13 km of Natur Waterpark and 37 km of Douro Museum, Casa do Santo - Wine & Tourism features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Provesende. We loved the exquisitely decorated guest house with a stunning view in the most beautiful rural location. Maria was very friendly and accommodating and prepared the most delicious dinner on the patio overlooking the.pool and vineyards. The breakfast was also outstanding and we loved everything about our stay!

Featuring pool views, Quinta de Chousas - Braga - Agroturismo offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free bikes and a garden, around 8.9 km from University of Minho - Braga Campus. Everything ! Starting with João - he greeted us so kindly, and Quinta de Chousas was more than we expected. Great hospitality, breakfast - too much choose from(inc Papas delicious cake) and our room upstairs facing the pool was perfect. On our first night João made up a platter accompanied with a bottle of their own white wine, which we enjoyed sitting outside near the pool. You will need a car to access the property, as slightly out of Braga, but worth it . Thankyou to João, Bruno, Imelda and Papa for a very comfortable 2 nights

Moinhos do Paiva is set in Castelo de Paiva and features a private pool and mountain views. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Spectacular place with a lake view. The place is perfect to disconnect and be surrounded by nature. Ana from the staff was amazing, very thoughtful and open to help. For sure will be a place to come back again.

Boasting inner courtyard views, Porto Smart Apartments Comfort offers accommodation with patio, around 3 km from Aterro Beach. I chose the property because of its proximity to the airport and the comfort it offered to my family of seven. (My parents, husband, children and myself) The apartment seemed brand new and was beautifully decorated and had lovely furnishings. Everything was extremely clean and cozy. The a/c was a huge plus! I also liked how secure the property was and the fact that it had parking on the premises. Ana was a gracious host and was extremely helpful. Self check-in was very easy and we arrived to a very sweet welcome basket. These touches really make my day!

Helena & Ricardo have painstakingly restored and renovated the property into something rare and special where modern amenities and comfort meet the beauty of a working farm and vineyard. Their kindness and attention to customer service is world class, and is matched by their knowledge of the history of the area and willingness to share the stories of their journey to create their dream. While my partner and I were there, we enjoyed morning hikes through the vineyards, daily trips to regional towns, afternoon dips in the indoor salt water spa pool, and evening dinners where our hosts and staff provided upscale-rustic regional cuisine, local wines and port, and wonderful conversation with both hosts and guests. This will be somewhere we will hopefully be able to revisit in the coming years as it truly is one of our favourites of all time!
