The owners Joseph and Maria are authentic in every way, we came from the UK and wanted to learn about Filipino culture. The staff Ray and Annabelle were there to help us with everything we needed, always smiling and happy. Because you are staying in the beach front, you fall asleep listening to the waves and the birds. You also have free use of the kayaks, and you can take a short walk to visit the lighthouse. The food is outstanding especially if you love seafood! We were introduced to traditional Philippine foods, and as a researcher myself I found it interesting to learn about the health benefits. By sharing my experience on social media, I have encouraged so many of my British friends to want to stay here too! I’m literally getting tearful writing this as it’s our last day here today. The place was gorgeous the house was stunning and the surrounding as well full of animal and surrounded by beautiful mountains and so peaceful to and the swimming pool add that extra touch. The breakfast was delicious with Filipino treat definitely recommended

The property is non-smoking and is set 19 km from Pico de Loro Cove. I love the place. It's very clean and relaxing. My son loves the mini pool and the duyan but a kiddie slide would be a great additional for the kiddos to play with :). We enjoyed the balcony view. Kudos to the care taker. It's nice to see her cleaning the pool in the morning and always checking on us. Thank you for the excellent service!

I booked the place for a small gathering and it was the perfect place to stay, the size, the facilities, the location and access in the city, the cleanliness are superb 💯 My favorite part was the japanese toilet in the master bath and videoke. Haha. There are card games and some board games as well. It can even accomodate upto 13-15 pax for overnight stay, there's much space and furniture. If we need a place for another small private gathering, we would come back here! The host was also helpful and welcoming. You see it looks pretty in photos, in actual it's also homey! We loved the stay! This is easily my favorite villa in Batangas City. 🙌🏻
