Everything was perfect, apartment is in the centre of Desenzano, so you can go everywhere on foot. Nearest shop is like 2 mins away, few minutes to the beach and a lot of nice restaurants just near the flat. It is really well equipped, just renovated. The host was really nice, he welcomed us on our first day and explained everything. I really recommend to stay there :)
