The rooms are huge, including the bathroom. It even has a jacuzzi tub! From the street you have to enter a driveway and it doesn't look impressive at all. But once you walk into the room I was amazed at how large it was, and very clean. Ours had 2 double beds. It's only a 6 min ride to the airport which suited us very well because we had an early morning flight the next day.

Was a transit stop for an early morning flight. It was fairly late in the even and we still found places that served good tasty food. The pods were easy to find. I would suggest booking beforehand rather than showing up and hoping there is space.

It's just cheap hotels surroundings the airport. Nothing to do or see as far as I can tell but I was only there for a stopover. Hanoi is a brilliant city and I love and recommend it but the area around the airport isn't much. Like anywhere, it's just set up for the airport which makes sense. Maybe there's more to see and do in a slightly bigger radius of the area, I didn't go far.

Hanoi Noi Bay Airport has a domestic and an international terminal beside each other.
In domestic flights you can carry drinking water in your hand luggage and save 4 USD for bottled water inside the airport
The hotel is a very friendly and very kind family. The boss helped me check in very quickly. When we arrived at 11am, they still prepared breakfast because we had a flight that day.
Breakfast is very complete with buffet dishes, fresh orange juice and fruits.
The room is very large with a sofa, coffee tea and a mini refrigerator and the room is very clean, the bathroom is very nice with a relaxing jacuzzi. I recommend staying at a hotel when you need a place to stay near the airport.
The owner, Tommy, really takes good care of you. I've never had this level of hospitality in Vietnam. The hotel is just an 8 minute drive from the airport. Skip talking to the taxi drivers at the airport because they will try and take advantage of you. Book this place and Tommy is more than helpful arranging transportation to and from the airport, even for early morning flights. This is coming from a foreigner who has lived in Vietnam for over a year.
The host and hostess were very friendly and helpful. The host, who picked us up at the airport, was communicative throughout the process, in a lively and pleasant way. The hotel is right near the airport, so the drive was quick and easy. The room was spacious and comfortable and quiet – just what we needed. And there is a lovely fish pool in the lobby – beautiful koi. We would definitely recommend the Chio Hotel.
I stayed in the Standard King Room for a night. For the price paid (~$15 usd), I thought it was very good. The room was clean and seems like it was recently renovated. There is a A/C and heater unit as well. Communication was easy in English via WhatsApp or Bookings.com. They were also able to arrange a car service from the airport to the hotel for 80k VND.
I was looking for a hotel near the airport as I had a very early flight on the next day. This hotel sounded good as it's only 5 min drive from the airport. It exceeded my expectation as the room is large and convenient for a hotel at such an affordable price-point.
I recommend it if you need a hotel near the airport.
About 15 minutes on foot from the airport. If you arrive late at night, I strongly recommend that you stay overnight at a hotel around here instead of going to the center of Hanoi.
The room was clean, and the receptionist was very helpful.
The hotel manager came to pick me up from the Hanoi airport and was driving me back to my destination. it was incredibly formidable and a safe service (one woman alone).
