Lovely hotel, superb value for money with the deal we had. Friendly and helpful staff (shout out to Xusniddin!). The spa service was also very good, and amazingly good value.

Maria was the best. Everybody was accommodating and helpful with our needs. Just one comment on the airconditioning unit. I wish they could make it more user friendly. I had to call in an engineer to teach me how to manage the room temp:). I was lucky enough to experience staying in one of your suites and I just wish yo had a bath tub. Maybe it is something you might want to consider over a powder room:) We loved the heated floors! The toilet seat with all those options! A separate/enclosed shower and toilet area was a great idea! And I just love the layout of the room. The fact that you can convert it to a one bedroom unit or open up the room into a studio type is a brilliant idea! You can still have some privacy if you have guests around.

It is new, spotlessly clean and ten minutes on foot from the airport....but when we arrived it was not possible to give change for the payment because reception did not have change, it was not possible to issue a receipt because the electricity was down and most importantly the registration forms issued later were in part illegible because the printer wasn't working. This was of considerable concern given the need on leaving the country, for all registration forms in theory should be submitted. to the authorities. I suggested they get a new printer or cartridge which would solve many guests' problems..
