Jessica that worked the front desk was the highlight of our stay. She was very nice everyday and acknowledged my family every morning with a warm greeting and she remembered our dietary concerns and made sure that something was prepared that we could eat each day. I also watched her be very kind to everyone that she came in contact with.
The room was clean and bed was comfortable.
I liked the room set up,I liked the breakfast and the fact that there was a sign that says for dietary needs contact staff.
The majority of the staff was great and very friendly. It is close to places to eat and stores that are in walking distance.

One on the best rooms I have stayed in. If have to spend time in your room this is great for two. Nice small kitchen with a 2 burner cook top and a full refrigerator with your own ice maker. There was also a small table to eat at or use a computer.
The hotel was fine. They charged an extra $15 amenities fee and said we would be refunded that charge sometime in the next few weeks. I don't have much confidence in that. The morning desk person was slow and had a tendency to wander off for long periods. When we went to check out, nobody could find him for about 20 minutes, and we wanted to get going on our trip.
They had pre-packaged food for breakfast, and it wasn't half bad. We appreciated that it was Covid-19 safe from being touched by lots of people.
The rooms were clean, but had no 5-Volt USB outlets and very few 110-Volt AC outlets.

Nice hotel but all amenities are non existent.
Nice hotel but all amenities are non existent. No room service, even a cup of coffee....no breakfast provided..only a cold pre-packaged sausage biscuit and blueberry muffins in a brown paper bag which looked like it had been around the block! For all the money, and no amenities was a complete fail. The Hyatt should've offered discounts on the room's, especially for an extended stay.
