It was located in a good place, close to a restaurant.
The staff was friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was decent. But the rooms need upgrading. Non-working hot tub--permanently according to front desk. Photos online do not match the reality. Our heater didn't work at all (they did give us another room). There were large stains on the carpet. Everything looks a little tired. Good location but not worth the $$.

Very nice hotel. Clean. new room. I had limited interaction with the staff - but those I talked to were friendly & helpful. There are several eating options very close by & a Walmart a few minutes away on foot.
One thing to keep in mind (and this isn't really about the hotel) - but because of the location in Woodland - I found long wait times to get a Lyft or Uber. A couple of the drivers told me that unless they are coming from or going to the airport - with gas prices so high - they won't drive out to Woodland for a pickup. I always got a ride - but maybe allow yourself extra time if your using ride shares.

Our son and his family live in Woodland and we go there quite frequently. We enjoy the options for dining and also we enjoy the close by access to easy hiking! We also enjoy the downtown with the availability of quite a few different type of ethnic restaurants.

helpful staff. I woke in the middle of the night with a nasty tooth ache, and the commisary did have something for my pain. Also, I was waiting for a UPS delivery (extra set of glasses as I had broken my driving pair). I was given a ride to the hotel I had spent at on December 4th to get my vehicle.

I loved the close proximity of the Hotel to shops and...
I loved the close proximity of the Hotel to shops and restaurants. It made getting around Woodland easy. MOD had good pizza and excellent customer service. I also loved that Panda Express had a drive-thru.
The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. I liked the bed and linens. There was a Denny's and Sonic restaurant right next to the hotel and a shopping area was within walking distance. The historic downtown was also within walking distance but along a very busy highway. The swimming pool area was small but kept quite clean. The airport is very close and I called an Uber to take me there in the morning.
The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a nice looking pool and BBQ area. The room was clean and everything worked. There was lots of parking, even a good side lot for trailers/RVs. Woodland has a really nice restaurant/shopping district just a mile away from the property (drive don't walk).
The location of the hotel is easy to find, very close to the entrance and exit of Highway 5, but it is quiet after closing the doors and windows, not very noisy. The decoration and furniture are also good. Although some bath towels are relatively old, they are still clean
This was our second stay at this nicely updated mid century motel near the nice restaurants in historic downtown Woodland. The room is large and comfortable, the beds were good and the shower pressure excellent.
Good price and location. Beds were comfy and clean. Best thing that I noticed that all hotels should have, a night light in the bathroom that comes on automatically! Very nice!
Ability to have pets and locations is very close to our family in Woodland. We did not use the breakfast, and cleaning was done at our request, so everything was excellent.
The hotel and grounds are well maintained. The front desk and breakfast staff were extremely helpful. The gal at the front desk was very friendly and cheerful.
