It’s a beautiful property. The 1823 restaurant menu and cuisine are superb. Complements to the chef.
However, housekeeping appears to be cutting corners. My pillow had someone’s grey hairs under it and my sheets had someone else’s hair in them. Management provided new sheets, but Motel 6 has cleaner beds!

Downtown area by riverwalk was excellent. Lots to do. Highly recommend Si-am Thaimerican Restaurant on Franklin St. Best around. Lot's of parking available, just google lots. But rather expensive: $30 for evening we stayed. Lots are all in good locations nearby to the locations we went to.

I would not! The room that we stayed in was Very outdated especially for the price. The hotel had a smell of dog once you entered the lobby and smell on the floor we stayed on was even worse. The tile on celling on the floor that we stayed in was missing. We wanted a none smoking room because we do not smoke and can not stand the smell of it and the room clearly smelled of smoke and the hallway was even worse. The beds was very thin and uncomfortable. To top it off they tell you that the food and drinks are complementary, AND IT IS NOT! They charge a 200 holding fee and it will come out of that. The food was not good we had wings and they were so huge it was unbelievable we did not eat them. I even called and spoke with a gentlemen and he couldn't even explain it. He know its confusing and hard for him to explain. They also charge for daily parking. My sister and her husband stayed just down the street at the Hampton Inn and the overall hotel and especially their room was so much better. Definitely would not stay there again.

I was only there for one night before joining the cruise. I did walk to the mall, although i stood at the bus stop. I saw a bus coming but then it turned onto another street. Maybe in the future the bus route/and time and fare can be posted. I did purchase some gifts for Mother's day and had lunch in the mall.

Loved Tampa Didn't love the shower tub combo.. If I was old i couldn't have used it. Crawl over the tub to get in. Shower sprayed water all over the floor even if your careful. Slippery floor wet from over spray. Someone is going to brake a hip. I wouldn't want to clean up after a shower. What a mess.

Free shuttle was a plus. drivers are knowledgeable. Favorite driver Mr. Greg , he's very patient and have answers to any questions regarding the area .
Very close to the airport and easy to find. We booked this hotel as a stopover the first night of our holiday having flown in to Tampa. So it was exactly what we needed.
Nice to have a pool and gym to use. The view from the pool is stunning and you forget you're next to a load of office blocks (see photo!)
Rubin was very helpful at check in - he gave us a thorough explanation of everything and was keen to help however he could.
The LeMerdien is a restored Courthouse located in downtown Tampa, a great location in close proximity to the Riverwalk, theaters, fine dining and adjacent to the Sacred Heart historical church. Breakfast is served early with a late check out giving extra time to use the fitness center.
On Valentines Day the staff passed out beautiful red roses as they seated us in the restaurant.
The hotel is super clean, great location, the rooms are big and very well kept, and breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food. Alec and Shaun in the valet service are super helpful and friendly! Marquan the bar tender was great. Fast and friendly service from him all weekend. If I return to Tampa I will for sure stay here again!
Everything was new and in very good quality. The kitchen has an oven, toaster, capsule coffee machine, big fridge, just everything one needs. We felt very comfortable and safe. Even parking is in closed garage. SmartTV with streaming. The apartment itself is on the 4th floor.

I loved the location of the hotel - walking distance to Ybor shops/restaurants and best of all - just 1 block over was the TECO streetcar trolley to hop on and we all went to downtown and channel side areas, riverwalk etc. I'm from Tampa so it was nice to come back for a visit and bring another couple with us to show them around.
The real stand out was the staff, a hard working, knowable team that always had an answer to make the visit better. The location was close to the trolley line, something I used every day. I went downtown most days but did visit Ybor City as well. Wish the hotel had a restaurant but I enjoyed being there.
The breakfast was great and had many options. Also, I had an job interview and there was a quiet sitting area that I was able to go too. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were traveling back and forth to downtown Tampa and Aubendale. The location was perfect right off of I-75.
excellent place to stay for one night after arriving at Tampa airport from UK. does what it says on the tin. comfortable beds, clean rooms although decor and furnishings are tired and worn. but it was low cost and perfectly pleasant for a night’s stay. not a hotel for a leisure break!
It's a really nice spot. Clean, plenty of privacy and amenities, including a flat screen TV! It's close to Walmart and several places to eat, too, and downtown is only a couple minutes away! I'll definitely stay there again if I'm ever back in Tampa. Worth it.

Hotel is just north of downtown, well served by bus lines. The room was spacious and clean. Beautiful view on downtown from the 18th floor. Breakfast is a buffet with a correct choice of breads and marmalade.
