The room was very clean and functional as were all the facilities on premises. The hotel is on the beach so access was perfect. Though we did not use the pool, it was sparklingly clean and inviting.

The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfy and so nicely done, with crispy clean sheets and pillows, something that we appreciate having. There are enough toiletries, toilet paper and towels for you to use.

Denise was very helpful. Room was great. Nice and clean. Looked recently renovated. Bed and pillows were ridiculously hard. Uncomfortable. Bath towels literally fell apart. You know those towels where you dry yourself after you shower and you are covered with lint and fuzzies from the towel? Other than bed and towels and the tissue paper toilet paper, stay was good.

The entire beach in front of Jenkinson's Boardwalk (about 3/4 of a mile of the Point Pleasant beach) was closed due to a pending lawsuit from a drowning that occurred 2 years ago. In my opinion, this is a silly response by Jenkinson's Management to something that should be seen as a risk of doing business in NJ. The Boardwalk was open. Had enjoyable family reunion lunch at Jenkinson's Ocean Pavilion restaurant.

Typical Jersey shore town with beaches, boardwalk, marina, gift shops, and lots to do. Love driving through the small towns to the North, especially beautiful Spring Lake. To the South towards Bay Head and Lavallette you'll find gorgeous private homes on the lagoons and bay.

We had the worst beach weather possible but the boardwalk was very entertaining (albeit really expensive). 1 wrist bank for rides was $47.00 for 3 hours! I thought that was outrageous. Otherwise it was a great trip.

The staff could not be any more friendly and were extremely accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, clean, with the cutest beach decor. Coffee was available every morning for the guests. The view of the beach from our room was beautiful, private beach access, and the pool was great. The hotel, beach and boardwalk was family friendly. We will definitely be going back.
Pleasantly surprised at the cuteness of this hotel. We only stayed 1 night but the staff was lovely during that time. The room was modern and very clean. We even had a chance to use the onsite bikes to ride to breakfast in the morning before we checked out. The 5 Ocean Cafe & Boutique had very cute beach accessories and iced coffee/ espresso.
The staff at the Pelican were exceptionally nice. The room was spotless I even cleaned it with a Clorox wipe when I went in there and could not find 1 ounce of dust or dirt. They were extremely accommodating with extra towels and toiletries. I never do reviews however this hotel warranted a five star review.

Pool was very nice, loved the layout of the hotel and how it was closed off. Very family friendly area, had tons of cops walking around the streets. Walk was so close to the Boardwalk. Overall perfect location. The staff was excellent, from the lobby to the cleaning women they were all very nice.
All of the hotel staff was beyond awesome!! Our room was super clean!!! No carpeting in the room, was a huge plus!!! Excellent location, fair price. The pool was soo clean & beautiful. The snack bar there was awesome! The coffee & food was great & at a fair price. Highly recommend!!!!
Nice motel. Clean. I think the hotel got flooded during hurricane sandy because it looks like the room was remodeled recently. New floors, New shower. AC worked great. Staff was friendly on check in. Called in advanced and upgraded our room to a larger one.
Hotel was right on the beach and had its own private beach. Hotel closed on our checkout day so a lot of things were not open. Bathroom was very nice, new shower. Lots of closet space and nice refrigerator/freezer in room.
