We love the property the first time we came. This time we were given wrong room while the room we requested stayed unoccupied but was told it was occupied. Waited 5 hours for a pack in play only to find a urinate filled baby sheet in it. Pool towels took 2 days to be refilled. Bed in room was not as comfortable as the bed in the room we requested.

We stayed the night before a cruise, the bathroom could be upgraded, the service was great! The breakfast was plenty! We accidentally left an iPad in the room and they held it for us upon return of cruise!

The beach was the main reason for the trip. Easy access to beach, lounge chairs/umbrella provided by the resort. Towels available by the pool. Restaurants were great. Staff super friendly and helpful. Clean/ comfortable room. Nothing negative to say about this resort.

the hotel was great, however I cannot say the same for the rude housekeeping staff. They seamed to have an attitude or chip on their shoulder the whole 3 days I was there. Maybe they were having a back WEEK.

Most everything we needed was within walking distance and under 1/2 mile from our stay location. There were plenty of restaurants but our favorite was Jonny Longboats with an excellent menu of just about anything you can think of and the staff and seating was great. The also had live entertainment every day. There was also a 7-11 that had most things and a mini market just around the corner from it that had the rest. And if wine & alcohol was needed there were several locations that offer it for purchase. But best of all, the area is just enough out of the way to make it pleasantly quiet. I will return here again.

The location was great. Close to beaches and restaurants. Everything was comfortable and kitchen well stocked.
The only thing that needs attention is the toilet. The flapper would sometimes not close and the water would run.

The villas had their own kitchens.
The villas had their own kitchens. This made it better to not having to eat out every meal. The only thing you had to do was grocery shop and cook when you wanted. There are restaurants close for you to walk to if you do not feel like cooking.

It was a smaller, more intimate hotel, not as overwhelming as some of the larger ones. It had great beach service and the pool was nice with various different types of seating areas and entertainment. Our room was fantastic with a gorgeous ocean view. I liked that bottled water was provided. The food in the restaurant was good, not fantastic or noteworthy, but adequate and tasty. This level of hotel, I suppose, couldn't have been expected to have much more than that
The hotel was lovely and in a fabulous location. The beach was gorgeous with plenty of access to chairs and activities. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great covered patio to start the day. Lots of things to do close by the hotel. A trip into West Palm is definitely worth while.
The location was excellent! The unit was well kept with a very nice outdoor space that the 4 units share. The price was great! We stayed 3 nights for the price of a one night to stay at most of the hotels on the island! The unit was fully stocked with everything that we needed!
We loved the location. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. All within a block walking distance. It was quiet and had beautiful landscaping. A nice hidden area. Great for two people looking for some peace and quiet. We will definitely book it again.

Very good, well maintained limited facilities large vertical motel, not a luxury resort hotel as expected; limited amenities eg restaurants, hotel type facilities, etc., especially at this price. Great beach location incl. services.
