Upon entry into this beautiful hotel the ambiance was so beautiful. SUPER clean. Staff is amazing! The in house restaurant great! When I got into our room, I tell you, BABYYYYYY, perfection. Not one thing out of place, dust where?! That's how clean it was. The bed super comfortable. The television that can adjust, amazing (bonus: my husband was able to use his fire stick)! The bathroom is spacious and the mirror is bluetooth, so you could connect your gadgets to it and listen to music as you shower. The guest laundry room, clean and free for guest (don't abuse it now people). The gym is spacious and clean. Love all their equipment. Now, this hotel tells a story, literally! Every floor of the hotel by the elevator tells a history fact about Niagara Falls (must read). If you're on the the floor that spoke about the person that tight roped across the falls, then when you enter your room the backsplash behind the bed will have a picture of that... did I mention, even the hallways are extremely clean with mini light fixtures that light up the hall. But the history facts is what completely won me over and made this my favorite hotel (I choose this over Seneca, my opinion). I hope the upkeep stays the same and humans don't destroy it. Housekeeping staff does amazing for the rooms to be so neat and tidy. And thank you so much for the hotel staff hospitality. Even the servers for the restaurant. I loved my chicken salad and skillet baked cookie. My husband wasn't too fond of his fish meal (but he's picky). But the restaurant manager I assume was so pleasant and fixed everything right up. I usually go from hotel to hotel and blog, and must say THIS HOTEL IS THE ONE!!! Makes me wanna try the one down south. I will DEFINITELY come back and make this my hotel home. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel right at home! Please keep up the amazing work!

I liked the spacious bathroom and the room itself was very well laid out. The room was comfortable and the bed was decent as well. Tv was a little small for the room, but not a big deal. I would book at this location again.

We live close, never stayed on the US side. It was an enjoyable experience and we will come back when the weather is nicer and more is open. We did not expect much but went specifically for a restful night and day together. Mission accomplished!

Honestly we aren't sure why everybody thinks you have to go to the Canadian side to enjoy niagara falls. The American side has FAR more distance of accesible coastline, and just as many tours and attractions. Being so close to the falls and hearing and feeling the power of the water is truly an awe inspiring experience. You can actually feel the ground vibrate with the sheer force of water flow. It's completely unique. Both sides are amazing, but don't shy away if you don't have a passport to get to Canada!!! We went at the beginning of the year, and it was very quiet and uncrowded. It felt so intimate to not have hundreds of people around you as you try to enjoy such an amazing piece of nature.

Niagara Falls itself is awesomely impressive, and could easily consume an entire day to see the park itself, and the "optional at additional cost" extras, such as the boat ride, descent of the cliffs to river level, and observation tower. But there didn't seem to be a lot of "other things" to do there, in what seems to be a relatively unreconstructed midwest-ish declining-fortunes mid-20th century town. We were unable to enter Canada for passport reasons, but perhaps there is some interesting things to do there.... it is much more built up and upscale/modern looking, at least as seen from the American side. Looking into Canada from Niagara Falls, NY reminded me of nothing so much as looking at West Berlin from East Berlin in 1985.

I never get tired of visiting Niagara Falls USA/Canada.
I never get tired of visiting Niagara Falls USA/Canada. I've been there at least 25 times over the years, and experienced every season of the year. You can always find something different to do. The Falls alone are magnificent and amazing to see. You will never be disappointed taking a trip to the Falls.

We spent two nights in a hotel on the American side and one afternoon walking the park and looking at the US side of the falls. The second day we walked to the Canadian side which we enjoyed more, the views are much better with more to do.
Niagara as a town from what we saw close by the falls is a dump and we were glad to get away from it.

We went for the casino and some shopping - both proved to be excellent. Have been many times before so not really into the touristy thing. We did enjoy going offsite to eat, the Military Road area is chockful of great places to eat. Loved Bob Evans for brunch. We also went into Amherst to shop - they have Barnes & Noble and many more box stores, plus Macys and JC Penney. Driving around is very easy and road signs well placed. We also stayed one night in Lewistown, which was a great break from the action at the casino. Beautiful, quaint town, more boutique shopping along Center Street but great places to eat. Highly recommend Lewistown for a romantic get away.
The hotel is located 1 block from the Niagara Falls State Park, and just around the corner from a bunch of food trucks serving a great variety of cuisines, and right in downtown Niagara Falls. It's 3 blocks away from the US Canada border.
They do have an indoor pool which we decided not to use (murky water), and a jacuzzi that was tepid.
The staff was very helpful, professional and attentive.
We just wanted a place to crash over the night so this hotel was perfect for our stay. This looked like an old property very near to the city Aquarium. You can walk to the Niagara Falls state park from here.
The room was spacious with the attached bathroom, kitchen and good dining space. Things for basic necessities were provided.
I like location, quite close to Niagara Falls. Parking space is free for guests, something to appreciate in the area.
Room was enormous, really comfortable, with views to the Canadian side. There is a lot of space for baggage and for personal comfort.
Hotel hall is so beautiful, and so are all the premises.
this property was fantastic!!! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the free breakfast was delicious and it was within walking distance to Niagara Falls. Once I parked my car after arriving at the hotel, I did not need to drive anywhere because everything was close by. Highly recommend!
I liked everything about this hotel and it is very closest to the Niagara Falls parks and other sight seeing areas and nearby lot of eatery places are also available.
They do have a complimentary coffee machine in the ground floor and free home made cookies were excellent.
It was a very nice hotel better than I expected for the price. If I ever come back to Niagara Falls this is where me and my husband will be staying.. The rooms were bigger than any room me and my husband have ever stayed in.
Everyone should visit Niagara Falls.
The hotel is convenient and reasonably priced.
Our room was huge and comfortable.
Communal areas clean.
Pool, although we didn't use this but it seemed popular.
Quick access to Niagara Falls and State Park makes this hotel an ideal base for ventures.
Ideally, the outlet center is just around the corner.
The staff is extremely attentive and friendly.
The location is good. But if you hv car, it really not necessary to stay next to the Niagara falls state park, especially they dont have any nice view from this hotel.
lovely river view. close to shopping and close to Lewiston bridge. Drinks at the bar were great and nice ambiance with view of river. We will be back in the summer
