Great location, away from the busy tourist area. Very quiet, perfect spot for a quick getaway with my spouse. Pool area was clean and not busy during our stay. Our room was fantastic, bed was very comfortable, bathroom very roomy. Definitely staying here again, I think we found our place when we come to Naples.

Beautiful, upscale, safe town. Half an hour from the airport (RSW). Amazing beaches with easy public access. Great dining options. Not a party scene for the youngsters, which helps preserve the tranquility of the place.

My goal with this was to visit the Naples Zoo.
My goal with this was to visit the Naples Zoo. Specifically the new Orangutan habitat. The Naples Zoo was such a great place to visit. Their staff and volunteers were very knowledgeable and willing to share their information. The visibility of the animals in their habitat was excellent.
The Zoo is pristine in appearance and a wonderful place to explore and learn about the wonderful animals that we share this planet with.
The Zoo grounds were a former Botanical Garden so the vegetation was spectacular. The horticultural staff is doing a great job of maintaining the grounds. Driving directions to the Zoo were well-marked. The free parking at the Zoo was appreciated. I found the restaurants in the area to be a little expensive. There were the usual fast-food outlets available for the cost-conscious traveler.

There is SO much to do in Naples! Something for everyone!
There is SO much to do in Naples! Something for everyone! Really great shopping, food, beaches! It’s also a family friendly place for spring break. Quiet, quaint, and not much party atmosphere happening at all. The Fish House is a must, Gelato and shopping on Fifth Avenue, catch a sunset cruise, find sharks teeth and shells on the beaches!

Being a naples native it is a beautiful city, the traffic Is very heavy, prepare to leave at least 40 minutes prior to your planned time to get to your destination, and plan to leave your destination 40 minutes prior to the next destination/ hotel. Research places to go/ things to do and cost at least a year before you plan your trip, if you book anything do so at least 3 months ahead for non seasonal and at least 6 months to 1 year before the trip during the seasonal times. During seasonal months prices go up higher than non seasonal times. Plan for expected deposits in hotels (anywhere from $100-500 some refundable, some non refundable). Best hotel locations are along 41 south ( closer to the mall, beaches, and restaurants close by to 5th Ave and the pier) 5th Ave has fine dining, high end stores similar to rodeo drive in LA.

Naples is a lovely place.
Naples is a lovely place. The beach is lovely and it is a good place to explore South West Florida and the Everglades from. The restaurants are good. The parking and driving generally are pretty terrible.
I got to the hotel leave to hang with family comes back the card door would not open. Second the worst of all around midnight feels an itch on my side wake there were 3 bugs 🐞 crawling on the bed. Left that morning early because I was scheduled to attend an event leave a tip and call the hotel during break about the bugs 🐞. Comes back at 11:00pm no cleaning crew and my tip was taken. It was nasty for a hotel like that has bed bugs 🐞. Disgusting. I want a full refund. That is a shame. Manager gives me a day free. I am not satisfied.
This stay exceeded our expectations. It was perfect having a room that opened to the courtyard for our small children to run out and play. We arrived in Naples a bit earlier than we anticipated, and they allowed us to check into our room 3 hours early. This was so helpful with our young children. The room was great and the staff was excellent. We met so many nice people traveling from all over, which most of them said they had stayed at this property multiple times. Great place for the price. Highly recommended.
The garden-area is really cute and very well taken care of. The breakfast pavillon is marvellous. Despite the proximity of a major road it is not noisy at all. The personnel works as a team and is very customer-oriented. You can feel a good spirit and good leadership by the management. The pool is heated, lovely and clean. You feel like in a much more expensive hotel. We regret that we could not spend more than a total of 5 days. Probably the best experiences so far and a very positive surprise!
Good location, Mcdonald's, Taco Bell and Dunkin Donuts right next to the hotel and Walmart/ other shops at 10' walking. Bus station at Walmart with online tickets in app "catride" (3$ day ticket).
Pool ok, rich breakfast (only at the werkend slightly different), caffee, cold ice water and hot water for tea 24/7 open.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping was a big plus.
The room was very clean and nice and staff was super accommodating and pleasant. Free parking also another big plus!
The restaurant on site serves delicious food, if you don't feel like going off site.
Definitely will return for future visits to Naples.

I’ve traveled a lot over the last 4 months & stayed in 4-5* hotels. Comparing those to this stay in Naples, I vote this HIE as the winner! From the comfortable bed, Dove product toiletries, black out shades, and an outstanding free buffet breakfast, I was thrilled. I will definitely stay here whenever I’m in Naples!

Classic and very comfortable hotel. Spacious rooms with wooden floors, great for allergy sufferers. Very tasty breakfast with music. It is not by the sea, but they provide chairs, towels and umbrellas, making our trips to the wonderful beach of Naples easier. We love it.

We stayed at 7 different hotels during the two weeks we travelled around florida and this was by far the best. Larger hotels could learn alot from this host.
The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to the beach or pier or Old Naples. There is a Wynn's grocery store across the street as well as other eateries which makes walking preferred!
Spectacular sandy beach and very clean hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous but not pushy. 5-7 minute drive to all of Naples (with a free shuttle down town too).
