The breakfast being included was a great bonus. We really liked the location and how close everything was. The room had two queen beds and more space than we anticipated.

The place was dirty, the pictures did not match with the ones in the website. The place was dirty, not maintained. When we tried to leave they said they will not reimburse the full price. They said they will reimburse 2 out of 3 nights even when we did not stay one single night there. But, still waiting for the money.

This was the PERFECT location for our family and all the things we wanted to do in Midtown. We were able to walk from Penn Station to our hotel, then from our hotel to the Red steps in Times Square, St.Patrick's Cathedral, Bryant Park, The Portal, NY Public Library, Village Pizza and Kwick Meal the famous falafel cart, and multiple card and gaming shops for my teenage sons. Small details I liked were House music in the elevator, the retro phone and the orange lamp. Staff was friendly. $30 credit at the coffee shop was a nice surprise.

Location is great! Near everything but get far enough from Times Square so as not to have the crowds there. Several subway stations within a few blocks.
