Location was great. We waited at the front desk for 20 minutes before someone helped us. There was no one there. 2 maintenance men told us the ladies at the desk would be back soon. They must have been watching the front for them while they were gone. When the ladies returned they were very nice. Both ladies were gone at the same time and returned together. Maybe they were at lunch together or maybe helping a customer with a room IDK. The room was nice , very clean. The bed was comfortable .The bathroom was nice. The bar area was also very nice. It had what they called a view. Which was looking at another hotel across the street and a partial beach view. The hallways and elevator were very nice.

The owners made us feel safe and comfortable though a unforeseen power outage in the area . They gave us lanterns, went and got us food. They checked up on us periodically. They were the most thoughtful people I have ever met. Please give them your business

Remember Pine Haven is a camp ground. The pool was nice.
Remember Pine Haven is a camp ground. The pool was nice. People swam in the lake, but it had a green surface. It did have a fountain to keep the water moving. There were very few mosquitos. The cabin would fit 2 adults and 2 young children comfortably, not teenage children. The deck is a good size and has a picnic table and umbrella. The inside table comfortably seats two.

We stayed in Cape May Courthouse because we couldn’t get a place in Cape May or Diamond Beach. It was very convenient and easy to get to the beach and all of the shore attraction, restaurants ect. from Cape May Courthouse.

Location, cleanliness, VERY nice pool! Needs updated, (Furnishings) especially outside (paint doors) and the Office needs a total renovation. Very outdated. Staff very nice and accommodating.
Check into mold of room 104, even the Office had a musty odor. With that said, still had a satisfactory stay.
8 mins from Stone Harbor, close to grocery store, too. Very nice outside common area, gas grills, fire pits, picnic tables.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and super helpful! The location was perfect for us. The beach was a 10 minute drive with traffic, but there are stores, gas stations, restaurants and a hospital within 1/2 mile of the hotel. We were also super close to the zoo! We had full access to all of the picnic areas including the fire pit & grills which was great for entertaining at night! We have all agreed to book next year's vacation here again!
Great reasonably-priced option, 10-15 minute drive from beaches where there are few hotels or motels. Clean, newly renovated, drive-up room with extra amenities including full refrigerator, microwave, outdoor pool and picnic areas in spacious park-like setting.
