Super disappointed with the customer service not of the staff but of their “Manager” EMANUEL C. During my one week stay, the AC did not work, the phone was broken, so I had a difficult time getting a hold of the front staff. The blow dryer was broken. Housekeeping wasn’t cleaning my room. I made multiple requests. I asked to speak to the manager and they said they would have him call me back, which he never did. Yet, when I finally did, he truly lacked the customer service skills. There was no one above him who I could speak to. He literally had the audacity to make faces at me, like a little boy! Told me to simply write a bad yelp review. I simply don’t understand how he got this manager position?! How is he running this hotel and is allowing to tell guests to simply right bad reviews instead of resolving the issues. A simple apology would have been nice but instead he was lying to my face! Super annoyed of how unprofessional he handled the whole situation and there was cameras, if you are the owner reading this, I advise you to please go back and watch the video. This took place on (May 10th on a Sunday).

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, sofa bed was a nice addition. Loved the space we had in the living area, the balcony was a nice touch and I could watch my girls in the pool from there. The pool was heated, the teenagers loved it. The location was great, we walked to Knott's Berry Farm and saved on parking. Starbucks is right next door too!

I love the staff at the entrance and check in the room was stinky bad like raw sewer coming in the drains it kept bubbling and smelled aweful my daughter is scared of heights she didn’t want me complaining because she didn’t want to have to be moved up levels it was on bottom floor and I really hate paying $20 fr parking y’all need to stop that with customers at the hotel it’s rediculous and outrageous

This was a last minute need for a hotel room on a holiday...
This was a last minute need for a hotel room on a holiday weekend so my choices were limited. The staff was excellent with my evening check in and also with checking us out a day early. There was a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room. The a/c worked well. The breakfast room has two good waffle makers, cereal, milk, orange and apple juice, toast, coffee, and black tea. The hotel is old and there has been some updating but the age shows and the area is a bit rundown. But the tv has lots of channels and the wifi was very good.

Was clean. Room just needed window open n a small deodorizer. A few creepy people maybe because of great price. Pool n jacuzzi was clean. The table n chair area was clean. Cleaning lady always asked if we needed anything but never had sugar for coffee. Stay was great and near restaurants n stores. Quiet area. I would stay again.

Absolutely the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at hundreds of hotels. Room was overly dirty, poop on the toilet seat, mold in the shower, shower head covered in dirt, towels covered is grim, mattresses had stains, and sheets had BLOOD Stains! Staff was horrible, no care to make an already upset guest happy and admitted that they knew the condition of the hotel was gross exact words were "this is why I travel with my own sheets and towels". He would not provide me with management name or provide me with his name and hotel number. The hotel lobby had broken furniture in it and a bunch of other items that were poor or horrible quality!!!
I thought because it’s a best western hotel me an my kids would have a comfortable clean stay instead we seen baby cockroaches 2 in the bed and a few crawling in the bathroom an walls by the TV also the channels on the tv is very limited u only get 2 channels the rest have no signal floor isn’t mopped at all they rent to drug addicts so be prepared to be kept up all night from banging and fighting the front desk once again don’t do anything to keep his residence quiet an peaceful
Nothing dirty roaches bed bugs no staff in building for 2 hours and you have this at a 3-4 star shame on you ! I had to search for another hotel after booking this through you way in advance because of your lies the room I found in another hotel cost me 1600 for my stay !
I love the way it looked, it is so nice it made me feel like I was at a high end hotel . 24 hour fitness center, laundry room, the pool was still open so just going to assume it was heated, there was a nice huge seating area with a gas fireplace, pretty much everything .
I was able to check in anytime after 3pm some hotels stopped checking in at midnight but with traveling and unforeseen circumstances it was a great accommodation. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed that the area was quiet at night for great nights rest.
The staff were all friendly. The location was great. Parking was easy. Check in was easy. With a little bit of work this could be a great hotel. They are short on staff, but that is because no one wants to work anymore. The pool is very nice, and clean.
1 staff member moved me the 2nd day I was there to a more "functioning" room near the front. I did not like 1 single thing about the hotel, other than the location of it is decent.
