I loved it as soon as you walked in the lobby area, so nice and Starbucks. The front desk staff was so nice and made me feel welcomed. I had an issue with the tv not turning on. I called the front desk, and they sent a tech within 5 mins he was there and fixed the issue with the wires. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

Staff was friendly and helpful! It was affordable, and in a good location for my weekend plans. I liked that it was in the same parking lot as a few restaurants too.

This was a last minute need for a hotel room on a holiday...
This was a last minute need for a hotel room on a holiday weekend so my choices were limited. The staff was excellent with my evening check in and also with checking us out a day early. There was a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room. The a/c worked well. The breakfast room has two good waffle makers, cereal, milk, orange and apple juice, toast, coffee, and black tea. The hotel is old and there has been some updating but the age shows and the area is a bit rundown. But the tv has lots of channels and the wifi was very good.

Was clean. Room just needed window open n a small deodorizer. A few creepy people maybe because of great price. Pool n jacuzzi was clean. The table n chair area was clean. Cleaning lady always asked if we needed anything but never had sugar for coffee. Stay was great and near restaurants n stores. Quiet area. I would stay again.

Absolutely the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at hundreds of hotels. Room was overly dirty, poop on the toilet seat, mold in the shower, shower head covered in dirt, towels covered is grim, mattresses had stains, and sheets had BLOOD Stains! Staff was horrible, no care to make an already upset guest happy and admitted that they knew the condition of the hotel was gross exact words were "this is why I travel with my own sheets and towels". He would not provide me with management name or provide me with his name and hotel number. The hotel lobby had broken furniture in it and a bunch of other items that were poor or horrible quality!!!

No breakfast only coffee and tea since I don't drink either out of luck. Ate alot at In and Out. Bought breakfast foods for am.

The hotel wasn’t horrible but the best thing I can say about it was it’s location. Close to Knott’s. Was told the pool was open, it was not. Room smelled and could have been more clean. Tub did not drain so a shower was more like a bath. Some of the staff was very friendly, helpful and kind, others not so much. Wait times were ridiculous to get help at front desk. Stayed in the suite with a pullout couch, no available bedding in room. Had to wait over 20 mins at front desk just to get bedding. More than likely will not stay here again.
Perfect location. Near Los Angeles but tucked away in its own quiet locale. I saw an older couple go out for a power walk at 6 am. I saw two young people get up at 6 am to sit outside the hotel to prepare for their business day. i used the hotel gym as well as walked around the neighborhood for exercise along with other hotel guests. My point is people felt comfortable at the hotel. That is huge!
The place was new. It was clean and well-maintained. It was the only place that had a microwave oven, which was really convenient for people who are still not comfortable eating out due to covid-related risks. The place was quiet even though it is near a major freeway. Breakfast was much better than expected. It was much better than some of the higher starred hotels in the area.
The room was clean and tv channel lineup was excellent. The bed was in the firm side but comfortable. Was really nice to have a microwave and fridge available. The staff was courteous and friendly and the hotel was quiet. Parking was well lit and safe. For the money this was a good overnight stay, close to Knotts Berry Farm and other nearby activities.
easy to find-great location. We had a few problems in our room (tv did not work and no water pressure in bathroom sink) but once we told them about problems were fixed next day. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a no frills place to stay. (We were so busy doing other stuff we really only slept there)
Nothing dirty roaches bed bugs no staff in building for 2 hours and you have this at a 3-4 star shame on you ! I had to search for another hotel after booking this through you way in advance because of your lies the room I found in another hotel cost me 1600 for my stay !
We were a party of 5 families (5 rooms) it was convenient being on the same floor. Our rooms were clean and orderly. Love the hotel being very close to Knotts Berry Farm and having surrounding restaurants to eat. We traveled a bit out to PORTO’S BAKERY it was De’Lish!
This was my second stay this year. We decided on Colony Inn again because it was the most convenient and best value I could find. We had a nice stay, though the room was not nearly as clean as it had been this summer.
The employees were good to us, however we were expecting a refund of our booking since we did not stay at the hotel. The rooms were very small for a party of four, so we decided to change our booking to another hotel.
I loved the location. It had every retail store and food locations in close proximity to the hotel. Bed was fine. Room size was fine as well. I liked my view, being able to see the pool and parking lot.

Pool area was nice! Clean room! Very nice staff! Walking distance to a McDonalds was a bonus! Easy $20 Uber to and from Disneyland! Highly recommend!
1 staff member moved me the 2nd day I was there to a more "functioning" room near the front. I did not like 1 single thing about the hotel, other than the location of it is decent.
