I don't know if they had breakfast which was fine because we were going out for brunch anyway. Rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff in the evening and morning were friendly and helpful. They had Marie calendars frozen dinners to purchase which was super helpful when my bottomless 8 year old was hungry again after we were in for the night. Place felt safe which you sometimes don't get with extended stay hotels in this price range. Even had a set of utensils and such in the room. Everything clean. Room was plenty big enough and the price was lower than any of the hotels nearby that had horrible reviews. I was pleasantly surprised and will stay there again!

The room was spacious. The breakfast was very good.
Bella Vista has beautiful scenery! It's very relaxing and doesn't have the frantic feel of being touristy. Not having hotel chains is actually a plus. However there are other accommodations that are great. The Greens II being one and pricing is actually a little less than some hotels. Very friendly people!! Pizza at Caseys is very good! And Papa Mike's is delicious!!
