Everything was great! Especially stuff, they were very helpful and polite, the guy took us to the market at 11:00 PM, because we couldn’t find the open one and also help us to communicate with sellers. The breakfast was also very good. Would stay one more time. Thanks for the great experience ☺️

first of all my booking total amount should be 72 Eur that’s mean 77 Dollar
The reception took 94 Dollar , I told them several times but they ignored my speech.
The weather was very hot during June and the AC unit not working ? The weather was very hot and the reception said it is disconnect !!!!!

Good hotel with a convenient location. Clean rooms and very helpful hotel staff. They helped to find the hotel entrance to the hotel when we got lost and helped out in a difficult situation. I forgot my bag at the hotel, the staff found it and sent it to us in a taxi. Only thanks to the hotel staff we managed to catch our flight. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel with its amazing staff.
Convenient location (15 minutes by foot from the city center), taxi park in front of the hotel, tasty buffet breakfast, sauna and fitness center, beautiful view, and great facilities.
I also appreciated the option to request food to the room from the restaurant and found the staff to be friendly. Overall, I felt that Ramada lived up to its high standards, especially for the high-cost rooms.
I needed a hotel for one night before my flight, and although it wasn't the most practical option in terms of logistics, the 25-minute taxi ride in the evening/nighttime was manageable. The bed was comfortable and large enough to rest well after a long day on the road, and the bathroom was clean. I also enjoyed the sea view from my room.
The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and not sleepy even though I arrived at late night. Great location if you're travelling by car. There's a plenty of parking space in front of the hotel. Views are magnificent. Breakfast was okay.
Miss Norijan from the staffs when she heard we reserved this hotel with rooms including kitchen, help us a lot. thanks to her. she changed our room to a good room and help us to cook our regimen diet in the main kitchen of the hotel.
The best thing was the lady at the reception, her welcome and respect. As for the hotel, it was very ordinary and old, because it is in the city center, so it is normal.
