The bed in the room is comfortable. We took the most expensive room with a view of the sea and the pool. The pool in the room is very small, the water is up to the knees. As a woman, I didn't swim in the pool because the cleanliness of the pool for me is questionable and I didn't want to pick up an infection. There was a certain dampness in the room all the time, and a strange smell. You can see that they renovated the room, but it was not done very poorly. The wallpaper has already started to peel off at the edges. The wall towards the bathroom looks like it was once flooded and has some strange stains. The maids came every day to make the bed, but they left the towels every second day.
We didn't swim in the pool, we spent time on the beach.
You can order breakfast, lunch and dinner according to the "la carte" menu, which is the same every day. Breakfast is mostly eggs, lunch: salads, burgers, pizza and pasta. Dinner: the same menu as for lunch. We mostly ordering chicken, steak or fish.
Right on the beach, Justiniano Club Alanya has an outdoor swimming pool and spa with Turkish bath. The private beach comes with free parasols and sun loungers.

I am used to stay with my family in one of those really big resorts where there are multiple pools, huge slides, spacious green areas.
When I stepped into Galeri hotel, I wasn’t very happy when I saw two moderate sized pools and limited spaces with a small green area.
Surprisingly, when we spent the first few hours, me and family realized how it was much more convenient than the other big resorts, as everything including the beach was easily accessible and the service and food were of high quality!
I would like to emphasize on the food that was offered with different varieties and good taste which is usually not that common specially in “all inclusive” resorts.
The staff were very helpful and always willing to assist with a big smile.
We also enjoyed the night shows that were not too sophisticated but entertaining enough and fun to attend for both adults and kids.
This is a resort that is far away from being commercial . A place where you feel appreciated and taken care of, not to mention the humbleness and welcoming attitude of the manager who was present to check on his guests and ask for their feedback.
I highly recommend this resort, and we will definitely consider staying in it again in the future.

Food was excellent! Hotel has its own private beach, lots of places to sun bathe, a reasonably sized pool which you can enjoy your drinks alongside, very kind (as expected from Turkish) staff all around (with very strict COVID-19 safety measures).
The garden, pool, restaurant and beach all look amazing. The hotel was very calm, not too many people around, felt very private. A/C in the room was great and we had two balconies with sea view in our room.
