The bed in the room is comfortable. We took the most expensive room with a view of the sea and the pool. The pool in the room is very small, the water is up to the knees. As a woman, I didn't swim in the pool because the cleanliness of the pool for me is questionable and I didn't want to pick up an infection. There was a certain dampness in the room all the time, and a strange smell. You can see that they renovated the room, but it was not done very poorly. The wallpaper has already started to peel off at the edges. The wall towards the bathroom looks like it was once flooded and has some strange stains. The maids came every day to make the bed, but they left the towels every second day.
We didn't swim in the pool, we spent time on the beach.
You can order breakfast, lunch and dinner according to the "la carte" menu, which is the same every day. Breakfast is mostly eggs, lunch: salads, burgers, pizza and pasta. Dinner: the same menu as for lunch. We mostly ordering chicken, steak or fish.
Right on the beach, Justiniano Club Alanya has an outdoor swimming pool and spa with Turkish bath. The private beach comes with free parasols and sun loungers.

Even the hotel was abit far away from the city centre. But the facility, food and others arrangement absolutely goood.. where one comment would be taken by.. is that English language communication is quite unfortunate and staff couldn't often understand.
It has a content prepared considering the Turkish traditional rich breakfast and the breakfast culture of the world. Meal service almost every hour of the day. All of them are very diverse, attentive and very tasty. I can say this is the best hotel I've stayed in so far. The staff is very caring and friendly. Room was very clean. Being by the sea and easy to go our room made us very comfortable. Dining with very nice live music some evenings make elegance the ambience. Entertainment programs were of good quality.
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, everything was beautiful, the staff is very friendly and a server with a heart, the reception staff are wonderful and helpful, drinks and meals what you want non-stop and very tasty, big and very beautiful garden with flowers, everywhere there is a bar for non-stop snacks and drinks, indoor swimming pool Very nice but not hot enough, If I return to Antalya only to the dolphin Deluxe Resort hotel, with God's help I will return to the delphin deluxe resort again

Great hotel with very nice staff. Fantastic food, swimming pool, slides, kids club and lots of attractions.
The kids were very happy and satisfied. After returning home, they asked when we would go to the hotel. As I supposed its the best recommendation!
PS. if you forget something there is a shop with a very nice seller vis-a-vis of the hotel. You'll get everything you need there.
The bar staff could speak more English than reception. That’s only time this has happened to me I like travelling alone but very different experience with no one to speak to even the other guests I won’t go into nationalities but found them very ignorant. Don’t even acknowledge you when you smile at them even quite rude. The security were quite nice no problem but did get 40 cigarettes stolen off my table. Dont realy expect that in a five star hotel.

Lots of activities to keep the family busy at l times of the day.
The spa was brilliant with the lovely Durand and his team recommending and proving the best types of massage.
Ali the entertainment manager very bubbly and friendly and ensuring we enjoyed the activities in the resort.
We returned after 6 years to this hotel and were happy to find the same impeccable services. The cleanliness, the diversity and the very good taste of the food and of the desserts (congratulations to the chef) , the attitude of the employees and the staff. I also had a pleasant surprise at the reception where we met Ms. Elif (Lena) who speaks Romanian.

Advice for other guests: ask for rooms în building 9. It's the best one,there it is the main restaurant too and is the closest one to the pool and beach.

Rooms are extremely small. Lack of elevators make the trip to the room painful and time consuming. Room is qualified for 2 stars hotel. The food entertainment is limited to the meals. quality of service is poor. Reception people lack english language. Will never go back
