The view from the room is incredible, pool area is clean, new nice and lovely, I don’t even start with the service and people who work in the hotel:) Everyone is smiley, helpful and nice.
Bed was very comfortable too. The vibe of the hotel is just what i needed<3
You should know it’s an area with parties and clubs, goes with some music around the hotel, but earplugs are absolutely enough. You also have everything in a close walking distance

I returned this year and it has changed a lot.
So much bigger, not as clean or well kept as before and not as appealing as it used to be.
Déjà-vu is an excellent dancing bar.
Time out bar is a good place to sit, chat and relax.
Lovely jubilee is a fabulous snack bar - eat there or take away.
The constant hassle from the shops did get tedious which had definitely increased.
However, despite this I would probably come back another time.

Nice place to visit, streets and roads are in need of some repair and a bit steep in area's, not fully accessible for people with mobility issues, lot's going on though, shops/restaurants etc. Plenty of activities on the beach if you have money to spend

If you want good food, there are plenty of good quality restaurants.
If you want a nice quiet day, take a stroll to either Bodrum or Bitez .Both in walking distance if you are fit.

Lots of bars & shops. Shop owners can be a bit pushy but to be expected. Limited choice of goods I suspect but if you want shoes, bags, tee shirts & track suits you'll be in heaven. Some jewellery too and lots of beauty saloons & tattooists.

Gumbet is great if you want to Party most nights and shop, the people are lovely and we had some amazing food in the local restaurants.
Gumbet itself is not very clean and seems a bit run down and the beaches are not looked after ie not raked daily as in many other european countries. A fair amount of money needs to be spent to get the resort up to a good Standard. A dolmus ride away is Bitez which is beautiful and its well worth going there instead of Gumbet.
Sadly we will not be returning to this area as we have stayed in many other parts of Turkey that are much nicer but at least we have experienced it.
Everything was wonderful. All inclusive meals are tasty and good quality. Staff is really good. Beach and pools are clean and peaceful. All hotel is well groomed. We had some problems in our rooms thanks to staff that helped us to change room and made little surprise for us special. Environment is good in hotel. Especially quality of customers.. there were not any problematic people as a guest in the hotel which you can see so much in other hotels.. We will prefer that hotel in the next holidays absolutely. Thanks guys
Very welcoming staff, easy check in and check out. We got a room upgrade for free, probably due to a low season. Got a family room on a top floor with a terrace and beautiful Bodrum/ Gumbet views and the sea. The hotel is very clean, beds super comfy, fridge and mini safe in the room. Slippers and shower gels provided. Located on a hill with fantastic views and in a cosy area. The local shops, pubs and the beach only a short walk away. Perfect hotel for a short term stay.
This review is for Costa Bitezhan hotel, as the original property could not accommodate us due to a last minute issue with the reservation. However, the staff did everything they could to resolve the situation quickly, and our trip did not suffer at all. The substitute property was very similar to this one, located nearby, so we got all the amenities we were looking for. The food was fresh and nice, and the beach quiet and clean. The staff are friendly and communicative.
In the heart of Gumbet. Very close to the lively gumbet street of nightclubs. It has its own section of the beach for hotel guests and the swimming pool was nice and never too crowded. As all-inclusive the food and drink were of good quality with some variety but mostly the same kind of thing everyday. The staff were very friendly and there was a good mix of nationalities of people at the hotel and there was a nice, friendly vibe all round. Rooms were cleaned everyday.
The property is a beautiful boutique hotel on a hill overlooking the bay and have jacuzzis in the top rooms. Every space is beautifully done up . The bohemian style rooms are exceptionally comfortable and spacious . The staff is extremely accommodating, friendly and very helpful . They serve you a great breakfast till 1pm . They server amazing cocktail and the bar is open forever . Highly impressed with my stay here would recommend as the best hotel in gumbet
We liked our room with a great view from the balcony and that they offer free parking, which is hard to come by in Bodrum. It’s a bit outside city center, but it’s fine, since the area around the hotel has lovely bars, restaurants and beach access. We even prefered to stay here and not in the city center. Staff is friendly and the room and hotel in general is clean and well maintained.

This is my 7th time to stay at the hotel. Its good value for money, you get exactly what you paid for - mid range all inclusive.

Overall, the cleanliness at the hotel was excellent; both the common areas and the rooms were meticulously cleaned. The staff were very friendly, and their service was exceptional, making you feel at home. Additionally, it was easy to reach the Bodrum city center.

We booked the hotel because of the good price we found. Our holiday went very well, our room was clean and spacious. The food, all inclusive, was good and plentiful. We really enjoyed our stay and paid a very good price.
The breakfast was excellent, the bar service and the location of the hotel is perfect centrally located to all local amenities. In fact I told the front desk staff that I would definitely stay there next time
