No shower gel no conditioner shampoo moisturiser.
I had booked most expensive suite and apart from the balcony view rest of the facilities were awful.
Shower was blocked and I had to take shower in puddle

Beautiful, clean beach and lots of pools and waterslides. It was also green grass, flowers and trees that made a nice athomsphere. You were able to use the pools and amenities of the other two hotels as well. The evening shows were really great both for adults and kids. You could go and watch a show at the hotel next door if you wanted. The aerobic/dance/spinning classes were great!
meals availability was awesome, lots of food & beverages, the variety & availability of food stands, bars & restaurants was above average.

Location and own beach was nice. The animation team did a splendid job with the resources they had. The barista in the coffee bar did wonderful coffee drinks. The cleaners did a good job at keeping the rooms clean. The spa is quite nice with an indoor pool, sauna and hamam which is included in the stay.

Everything is really great in the hotel. The animator Cristiano Ronaldo really made us laugh and really deserved to be praised! Children adore him. cristiano ronaldo is a wonderful man and his pranks made us laugh a lot all day
The beach and sea were excellent. The hotel was good. Food was better than average. Cleanness is satisfactory. Staff was excellent, especially Osman from Asian restaurant, Ahmet, Hasim and Christina from Animation team.

The hotel itself is very beautiful and in a great location, has a lot of shops just outside. Loads of pools and good access to the beach. The room was nice and cozy and has a good balcony.
New workers NACI UGUR and FUAT was incredibly nice with us and done so much for us and our holidays make unforgettable thanks hotel management to have this guys 5star for this stuff
