This was a difficult review to write. While we loved our second night at the hotel, the first night was very disappointing. We were in the annex. The room was tiny - not what was pictured on line. The annex building was dark and very unappealing. We moved across the street to the beach hotel for an extra 40Euros,where the room was light and airy and the service was excellent. The bar was expecptional with excellent food and drinks. The beds were very comfortable at the En Vie on the beach side.

One of the best city I've been in Turkey, if you book hotel near seaside be prepared for the jack up prices there. From the tour agency, restaurants, street bazaar. Walk and explore a little further to their local restaurants & shops you'll find that you'll definitely see the price difference. Did paragliding for 50€ per person (must try most affordable activity)/ buggy ride, zipline & water rafting for 50€ per person
By recommendation from locals there for good food .We went to Lost in Alanya restaurant & bar it's crazily crowded but had best food & drinks there

A few things to do, however the biggest attraction of Alanya is the beach and the weather. It is a cheap holiday once you are there, however the issue of getting there is hard and expensive.
There is a large variety of food options, in a range of price points. You have to go and visit the Castle and the Marina!

Love Alanya, have been going for years. First time in hotel. Lovely hotel but food needs to be improved and a bit more european. A number of people had very sick stonachs. Also some of the towels in the rooms were very thin and shabby.

A beautiful city with lots to do.
A beautiful city with lots to do. Big enough to offer everything you could want from a vacation but also small enough that you can easily walk around downtown. The buses run every 5 minutes and you can get anywhere quickly. The people are extremely friendly and helpful and almost everyone speaks basic English. Delicious Turkish food is all around and you can find international options as well. It is very clean and the beaches are beautiful. There is lots to do if you'd like an active vacation but it is peaceful enough that you can just relax on the beach all day and night and no one will bother you. An amazing place, I am definitely going again!

You really should keep count of your money and use converter...
You really should keep count of your money and use converter or a list of how much is one euro in lira’s and don’t pay too much for anything !!
For example, perfumes are fake, shirts will shrink in first wash, toys break easily..
And always make sure you pay the right amount.
If don’t like shopping just ignore the shopkeepers.
I preferred the elvis-beach, cheap, near town and a good spot for swimming.
About taxi; if you’re not sure how much does a certain trip to somewhere cost, demand the put the meter on and also keep an eye on the meter in case they would tap more expences there. You may think as 1 km is 1€.
AND they sell everything in the pharmacy; if you get like eye- or earinfection you will get antibiotics from the pharmacy straight to that. It’s awesome.
And for couples etc, (K18) the turkish honey sold in those small markets everywhere, it’s a lot of fun.

Pick the right time of the year for the right crowd winter is my preference because their are no crowds and generally the temperatures are around 15c
Theres some fantastic food to experience and some wonderful Turkish spa like the royal family spa at the Hawaii suite beach hotel (dont stay at hotel )
The Turkish relaxation is most affordable the 2 license Therapist will take care of you with outstanding professionalism.
The sights are mostly with in walking distance of the beach. There are attractions that were closed when I visited but I will be returning pre crowds lol
We absolutely loved our stay at La Finca! Mostly relaxing by the pool but we did go into Alanya centre twice, one time walked which was 1h30m then the other got a taxi for only £3. It was quiet which was nice so there was a set menu for dinners and the food was lovely. The value for money was amazing especially with the all inclusive drinks! The room was lovely and modern with a balcony with amazing views throughout the property. Cant recommend enough, we will definitely be returning and the staff are really friendly.

Perfect sandy beach, three swimming pools with multiple options to sunbathe and have a drink or meal at the hotel territory. Very clean and esthetic atmosphere. A special thanks to the reception manager who frequently helped us with different types of requests, as well as to the sweetest Selma, who was continuously sorted out all our food-related questions 🤗

The garden has a magic impact. You can sit outside and enjoy breakfast. The breakfast is prepared by the kitchen ladies, and it was the best breakfast on our 2 week trip through Turkey. Those ladies really know how to cook delicious food!!! Also recommend the dinner!

Great Apart Hotel in a very nice, fine and quieter part of Alanya / Cleopatra Beach. All the hotel staff, especially the Manager are very attentive, welcoming and helpful. Rooms are nicely appointed, spacious with all equipment for a longer stay. The swimming pool is large and gets a lot of sunshine. Very convenient location for shopping as well as venturing to Alanya city centre.
I liked all. Everything was amazing there. The gesut relation manager was so great professional .I appreciate all that she did . I booked the hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday and aa well our marriage anniversary. The geust relation manager gave us the best birthday and anniversary moments forever. Great stay at Cook's Club Alanya. It was still low season, so Hotel was not busy. The hotel is divided on 2 sides of the street and I had a great big room with sea view. Food was also nice, but choices could have been better, but this was probably due to not many guests in low season. I am sure in summer hotel is much busier. They have a nice beach bar as well.
Good price/value rate: 40 EUR for all inclusive is fine for me. Close to the public beach - and has good connection to the D-400 road to Alanya and Antalya. There is a parking available.
Haven't used most of the facilities besides the bar/self-service restaurant. The Tuborg beer on the tap is quite fine!
We are staying at this hotel for the 4th time. Great location, close to the downtown - 25 min walking, the beach is just across the road, clean pool, friendly stuff, good choice of fresh and tasty meals - never had any problems, local alcohol for free. Perfect value for money during a low season
The location is a huge plus of this hotel, which can beat all minuses.
We lived on the fourth floor, and we had a fantastic view from our room on the fourth floor, which gave us a chance to enjoy the magical sunsets of Alanya. Breakfast was good, and we had enough fuel for the whole day.
