It was however incredibly expensive, a small beer was over 200tl and a gin and tonic came in at at 800tl. We went for the Ot Festival so prices may have been inflated due to this. Still worth a visit just fill your wallet before you go!

Amazing town to stay at and spend few days.. walking there is so safe and refreshing.. A lot of things to see and a lot of food options around. Also there were a lot to do nearby. I would say that staying in Alaçatı for few days is an enjoyable experience for sure

A very cosy village in the extreme western Turkey, just one hour far from Izmir. Well kept, a lot of bars and restaurants. Beautiful environment (houses, streets....). For some views it quite similar to Provence.
Just pay attention to the costs... Alaçati is not cheap, especially if compered with the rest of Turkey
so my advice is to take your time to search for the perfect place for dinner, there are a lot of them!
Anyway it worths a visit!

The breakfast is incredible and the hotel is designed beautifully. However, I had a massage that was truly awful and the hotel did nothing to address the negative experience, which was disappointing. The restaurants are good, but expensive. A simple soup and Turkish manti is +€50—not great value for money.

Busy resort feel, but not quite on the beach. Countless cafes and restaurants, but nothing to do except eat, drink, shop & people watch. Either rent a car or scooter or pay taxis to get to beaches, wine routes etc. Youthful Turkish demographic. Some live music but no rowdiness.
We liked the hotel very much - it was clean and very close to the central promenade of Alacati, but still in a safe and quite place. There was a public parking nearby which was very convenient and we could park our car without any concerns. The owners and the personnel were very polite and hospitable and gave us valuable pieces of advice where to go on beach and what to see in Alacati and nearby. The place is suitable for couples and for families with children like us. Thanks for the good experience!
Absolute gem of a place to stay in Alacati. Me and my sisters stayed there for a few days and we loved it! We know where to stay next time.
They made us feel like we are home. Especially owner Gamze extremely kind and sweet person I have ever met , and made our stay that extra bit special. The hotel located in a great location , it’s about 10 min by waking to the main restaurants and busy area , breakfast was top , rooms were clean , everything about this hotel was really great! Highly recommended!

in Alaçati , they are usually either town boutique hotels or big

This is a family owned hotel. The family are very friendly, they make you feel like home. The hotel is very clean and tidy. the staff are very friendly, everybody is so welcoming. we enjoyed our stay very much. the booking comes with a breakfast which was very delicious, everyday they had a different variety at breakfast and it was all home made.
I highly recommend this hotel as I would definitely come back here when I come back to Alacati.

me and my husband chooses Alacati to celebrate our marriage anniversary, and it was our best design to book this hotel. it made our trip more special. the atmosphere, the service , rooms, food - everything was perfect. as we loved travel in Thailand and Bali and other Asian famous places, the banana hotel was one of the best place option in Alacati. I highly recommend to choose this hotel for long and short time to staying!
It is a family business whose owners manage to be the perfect hosts, always ready to help you. The typical Turkish breakfast is fabulous, very good, dangerously for your weight :). The location is perfect, a few minutes' walk from the vibrant center of Alacati, but still on a quiet street, so it's quiet at night. There are also good restaurants very close. We were definitely lucky to find this hotel.
We stayed with 4 girls in this newly renovated hotel. The hotel and location is amazing. You can walk easily to the city centre of Alacati in 5 mins. There is a big supermarket in the street. the price / quality of this hotel is great. We really can recommend your stay here. I would also like to thank the friendly and helpfull staff, they arranged our transfers to the airport and to the beach clubs.

A great boutique hotel, very clean and cozy with a nice size pool, that unfortunately, we didn't use as we stayed only one night. The room was not big but you have everything needed and the mattress is very good. Breakfast was good and tasty. Close to the beautiful city of Alacati (5-10 minutes walk). Next time we will book a longer stay to enjoy all the facilities.

Hotel location is really good, walking distance to restaurants, small boutiques in the center. Breakfast was traditional turkish “serpme kahvalti” - little bit of everything.
