Hotel is well maintained, and the property is nicely renovated. My room was very clean, bed was comfortable and it was quiet for sleeping. I liked having a coffee pot in the room. Location perfect. Very friendly staff (M. Marwa, Mr.Khalil ). All did their best to ensure everything was top notch and gave much needed information about whereabouts even on food. The beautiful upgrade was a very nice gesture . Close to a lot of shops &cafes, but still quite with nice views on the lake and mountains. Tunisia mall is near. Easy to reach old Medina, sidibousaid, & Carthage . Comfortable bathrooms. Friendly staff everyone especially Aziz,Isam.
